I had not completed all of the proper documentation on my company. We got it handled.

I'm putting 1star, because no one answers for me what min's 7 axel's, then my truck have 5 axel's, but ezzepass charge lake 7 axel's. Then I call too prepas they switch me too ezzepass but ezzepass never take phone

i called for help on setting up an account and they were extremely polite and helpful. they assisted in every step of the way and i was able to open an account real fast and easy. they were very informative about their different payment plans and i am very please with their customer service dept and sales department.

hold time was crazy to say the least. The product works great.

more than 30 days using it and enter weigh station only once.

I have been trying to get my trucks set up with you guys for over 3 months now and no one will finish setting up my account and send me my units.

return process was horrible and it took MONTHS to get the refund after returning the device.

I’m happy. Easy set up. Nice customer service. Saves SO much time/ inconvenience with tolls and scales. I get a courtesy phone call letting me know my debit card is about to be run if I haven’t had a bill in a while.
