Don't know or have resources to look up answers to direct questions. I am completely on my own when issues arise. Have to just wait to see if things are ok, not a comfy feeling.

United States | 08 December 2020They killed off PDF reports with detailed per unit info in our biill. I have contacted customer service line 20 tes in last 60 days with no success. Our next bill was like 65% higher than usual, but we are not able to check it as there is no info per unit to download. I am looking to change it ASAP to better provider,

United States | 08 December 2020The worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. My device still isn't working. I was charged a late fee for a mistake they made. And still waiting on a call from a supervisor. Im not holding my breath, nor will I be using their service ever again. Its not worth the hassle. I will absolutely warn everyone I know about to go another route and stay away from prepass.

United States | 03 December 2020Update: Today 5 days later they contacted us to let us know of their billing and that no there is no way for them to send an invoice with the amount they will charge monthly prior to them actually charging it. For contacting us back I will add 1 star Their billing practices are their downfall!! We get charged at the end of the month even though billing is for the first the day after they debit our bank account we get the email stating what they drafted. The day after we get the amount emailed to us we finally get an invoice for the charges. This is 100% backwards and they chose to stop invoicing prior to the draft of funds. Per their contract we can't stop auto payments therefore can't stop them from doing this! We like the service it helps our drivers but they need to fix the billing practices

United States | 02 December 2020these people are worse than the IRS. they claim they send you invoice, then they charge you all these late fees, and return fees. scam. i'm cancelling account. i wish there was another company that would be legit that works with scales.
