I have been on the hairy pill for almost 2 years. Every 3 months increasing my dose. Past 6 months I’ve stayed on the same dosage and my results have been day and night. I’ve suffered from diffused thinning. Usually under downlighting I would see my scalp. And my hair would be harder to style because my hair was limp. Now it’s safe to say i have a full head of hair. No visible scalp. Took a good 2 years. But we’ll worry the wait!

I have been a little confused by reviews as my experience has been much different. I haven’t heard from a doctor, no consultation and no explanation of medication I was going to be given or discussion on personalising it. I then got a call from a pharmacist who told me he just dispenses and has no influence on ingredients prescribed and it was the standard prescribed concoction. The reviews all look similarly composed, so to be honest, I’m a little sceptical. I have made an appointment to take the pills to my own GP for clarification and to ensure ongoing risk/benefits are understood as the company has certainly not had any contact.

I have always had fine hair and after extensions my hair was a mess . I started taking them not expecting the results to be so good ! This really does work and two years later I have never had such a thick healthy head of hair . I am 48 female . Note though if you start this you need to keep on it long term - if you go off you will shed excessive.

I have been on the Hairy Pill for just on 12 months and I love what it has done for my hair. I was suffering from genetic thinning and hair loss and nothing I tried worked. I was even tried topical minoxodyl which made a slight difference but nothing major. Since being on the Hairy Pill, most of my hair has grown back and it is defintiely thicker and fuller. Even my friends comment on how different my hair looks. The only small unwanted side affect is the higher dosage was making my facial hair (sideburns) grow thicker as well. Being female this isn't something I want. I had the dosage lowered and it has somewhat slowed that but am now having to wax/thread the sides of my face each month. A small price to pay for having my hair back! I would definitely recommend for women suffering from genetic hair loss and thinning! Just be aware of the possible side effects.
