This is the fourth item I've purchased from this company. After finding an item I like, I email them requesting a specific price I would like to pay. I then receive an email acceptance or counter offer. They have consistently been fair and I've always followed through with the purchase. Each order has arrived in a timely mannor and in perfect condition.

I recently worked with Nick & I just want to say that my experience with him & the company were wonderful. Delivery was also very smooth. I can’t wait to order them Graysonliving in the future.

Easy to navigate site so I found what I was looking for fast and at a great price.

I loved the prompt communication after the order was placed. I loved the opportunity to use a discount code. The negative is the order is taking longer than expected and than what it says on the website: ships in 1-2weeks, which is actually 17 days.

Company never disclosed that item would not ship for 3 weeks. And then charging $99 for standard shipping on top of that is absurd.

Nick was super helpful and answered all of my questions.

I chose Grayson because it had the lowest price on a custom made bed that is sold by several retailers. Not thrilled about the manufacture’s lead time, but that is out of the retailer’s hands.

I put an order together and was given a ship date so we placed the order then was told my ship date changed to 3 months later

Return policies overly punitive and uncompetitive. Bought items from another site.
