I followed their claim process and submitted lots of required photos and information. They promptly provided a partial refund to compensate for the flaws. I was happy with the resolution and will probably buy from them in the future

I had time to wait until it went on sale, was pleasantly surprised with the price. I put my email address and a request through the chat feature as it was after hours and got a reply from Chris early the next day with all the needed information. I was able to place my order very easily with the link from the email.

I have to admit I was somewhat nervous reading some old Yelp reviews online but decided to take a chance as I liked the piece of furniture so much and couldn't be more pleased. I used the chat feature on their site to ask about the color, weight, etc. of the piece and they couldn't have been more helpful. I purchased the white glove service and just had it delivered today. It looks amazing. I would definitely buy from them again.

I had some questions in the process and I promptly received answers via email. It was a seemless and pleasant experience. I have yet to receive my purchase but I'm sure it will come as promised when promised. I am in the process of a house build in need of many furnishings and I will come to Grayson Living first for all my needs.

Customer service is also great when I’ve called with questions and once canceled an item due to back order time frame. We’ve ordered things with them for about 4 years and will order again in the future.

Unable to look up my order number on the website. Update - costumer service over the phone is fantastic. Delivery has been set up now, and delivery delay was just 15 days.

You are much better off ordering the same merchandise through another site or dealer. They lost my merchandise, and required me to make no less than 10 phone calls to straighten out.
