I recently purchased a quad USB single gang socket, the communication from then was quite quick and very targeted to my questions instead of a broad spectrum answer that some companies send out. I am very pleased with the purchase. They have a very good range products at competitive prices. The only reason I can't award 5 stars, is, shipping was a little slow,, I don't want to be mean, but, if companies offer an on-line business, people are now very used to ordering items from the other end of the country and having Posty knocking in the door early the following morning. they need to send things that are in stock out faster. I'm simply being honest.

First time using Luma Lighting. Excellent kit supplied promptly and efficiently at a very reasonable price - can't ask for more.

Downlighter converters were exactly as described and look great. Luma provide both a mains connection for Halogen bulbs plus LED low voltage connection for those with transformers to provide the required low voltage. I just swapped out my old eyeball reflector bulbs/lamps with the small GU10 halogen bulbs to give the bathroom a modern feel. Would definitely recommend Luma lighting to anyone looking at doing the same.

My only gripe was that the parcel was sent to my work address without my name on the address. I had to hunt around the floors of my building to find a box addressed to the company but without my name on it. Not very helpful!
