These LED lightbulbs were just what we wanted and they arrived very well packed on the day advised.

Website and product pricing ok but had real issues with Delivery. I filled out the delivery address for my office, including company title and my name quite clearly. However, when the package arrived at my office it was refused as it didn't have a name on it. I emailed Luma Lighting to say it had been mislabelled and to get it redelivered. DPD rescheduled to deliver again the next day, and I monitored their website so I could wait in reception. The driver took it upon himself to mark it as refused delivery again, as it still didnt have my name on the label. I phoned DPD to complain and they stated it had been refused by Abbey on reception. (She was at lunch at the time, and I was waiting 15mins before and after the delivery slot). They contacted the driver and he came back with the parcel and complained that I hadn't put my address details on correctly! I showed him the order details on my phone which included my name. Why bother asking for all this address info on the website, if its not put on the label!!

Got stuff as ordered. But was missing one item. Emailed them. No arguments. Apologies and sent straight out. Many thanks

After placing my order on-line I received an immediate response acknowledging the order and within an hour notification that the lights had been dispatched. I received them the following day! What a fantastic service. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Quick delivery. well packaged. They weren't the right bulbs, but that was my fault! I'll use them elsewhere.

I ordered one ceiling downlight converter. Luma Light was out of stock, but they told me when stock would be in (quite soon) and when I would get the converter. It came on the due day. It is a great way to convert ugly old expensive to run downloads to modern LED GU10 fittings and to cover up the hole at minimal cost. The trial worked and I ordered 7 more to complete the job. They arrived a day or two later and I have installed them all.

Superb service and realistic prices.

Good but could do better prompt delivery, packed well good price levels but on my last but one delivery of Gu10 led 5w lamps one went wrong within a month, they said one would be sent out but never arrived. When I phoned I was told they could only send it out with an order. Shame about their returns customer service department.

Arranged for two external garage lights to be delivered. They turned up in two days. Easy to install and no hassle at all. Would defo recommend.

Great product at nice price

I was impressed with the brightness of this lamp, it is reminiscent of the original tungsten filament lamp it replaces. The light output is very similar in as much as it is very "Clean". The first lamp failed after a few hours use, but was quickly replaced without a quibble. I'm looking forward to this one lasting the estimated lamp life.

Excellent range, easy to order and delivered promptly.

Ordered two fittings which were delivered promptly. Upon receipt, found a problem with one of the mountings ( a manufacturing fault); phoned Luma and a replacement mounting was sent by return. I cannot fault this level of service. the test of customer service is how they deal with queries and Luma passed with honours! We shall use them again. Strongly recommended.
