My partner saw the lights she wanted in a local store. They were expensive and the attitude of the assistant was poor. I took note of the model number and went online as I refused to do business at the shop. The exact ones came up on Luma lighting and with postage, we got 2 lights and bulbs for over £40 cheaper than the store. They arrived really quickly too.

The light was delivered promptly but the shade must have been damaged prior to leaving the manufacturer. Luma rapidly got a replacement sent out. I would happily use them again.

I spent quite a while looking on line for 7W R80 LED spot bulbs because I had previously bought 9W ones and they were SERIOUSLY BRIGHT! OK for my kitchen but not for the living room. I found Luma Lighting (Thanks to Google) and ordered 5 of their 7W bulbs. Initially I was disappointed because shortly after placing my order I received an email saying they were out of stock. They did indicate an expectation of new stock arriving at their warehouse in the following week. That was fine as I was in no special hurry. When the end of the following week arrived I emailed again and in response received an apology and an assurance that my order would be despatched that day and would arrive on the following Monday. In fact it arrived via DPD on the Sunday! I installed the new bulbs immediately and we are very happy with the illumination they give. Though they are quite bright if you look directly at them, because they have diffusers on the front the illumination in the room just fine! They have been in for a week now so it is far too early to comment on the reliability of the bulbs (after all they boast a 15,000 hour life which at 4 hours usage a day would mean a 10 year span!) In general I am very happy with Luma Lighting as they did provide information on the delay, and responded to my communications promptly. I will certainly consider them again when I next invest in LED lighting! (I hope they are still there in 10 years :-) )
