I ordered two exterior lights but only one was delivered. I called and was told the other was still in the warehouse. Unfortunately I had arranged for an electrician and had to buy two locally. Kerry in customer services very apologetic. Real shame as these were the lights I really wanted and I've had to compromise.

Ordered a light fitting and it arrived within a couple of days. The fluorescent tube was smashed. I got in touch and they sent a replacement the next day no hassles. Would definitely use them again.

Replacement LED tubes for T8 fitting, easy to fit and instant on. Light levels are excellent. Luma Lighting were excellent and getting the tubes out immediately as standard and had great customer service replacing a broken tube with a quick turn around. I would definitely buy for them again.

There was a delay on the company getting hold of the light fittings we wanted (through no fault of their own) and I was very impressed to get a phone call from a very friendly member of staff to explain and make sure the delay would be OK with us.
