Great bike good quality bad delivery times. Might be because of Brexit but expected delivery end of February didn’t deliver it till April. Only had it a week seems like a good buy just hope no problems occur and if they do let’s hope after sales service is good

First rating after a rest ride if around 5km: it works very well and is easy to handle. Seems to be good quality. It is quite misleading that neither on the homepage nor in the order process is indicated that the local VAT has to be paid additionally. This made the bike more expensive for me than I expected. Otherwise I would have given five stars. Update April 16th, 2021: VAT was refunded by FUROSYSTEMS. Thank you very much! Update: April 17th, 2021: Made my first tour of around 30km, works really great, with or without electric support. May also be easily used as a normal bike, if you like. 5 stars now :-)

Had a furo seirra for just under 1 year. Best bike purchase I ever did. Chose bike puerly as I didn't want to pay extra for branded name bike . Never had issues on operation . The only minor issue i had was with electronic display bracketry but apart from that its reliable, well used and would recommended one.

Received my FUROX bike mid February 2021having ordered it in October 2020, but it was worth the wait. Absolutely delighted with it! It is an enjoyable and easy ride and simple to adapt to riding it from an ordinary push pedal bike. I use it non stop and am so pleased I made the plunge to buy it and also put up with the long delivery wait! Victoria W.

After a delayed delivery into winter weather - Finally decent weather to ride new furox After getting used to different shape of frame and smaller wheels I am very pleased with the ride. Love the excellent pick up of the pedal assist. I did have to change the clip holding the saddle round as it was getting in the way of battery removal - but this was no problem. A good buy thanks

I bought a Furo X and while it was being shipped Brexit happened. This caused all kinds of additional complications with customs. (The bike was being shipped to the EU.) Furosystems support helped swiftly and promptly with each additional paper request. When the bike arrived the package had been badly abused and the backlight was broken. (I recommend changing Furosystem's shipment service. UPS did a very poor job.) Furosystems send a replacement within days. The bike is great and fully worth its price. The customer service is extraordinary!

My bike unfortunately had a piuncture, one call to the support team in SW London, and they booked myt bike in. two day later it was repairedd and they also fixed another issue i had with the handling without asking. Very happy with their service.

This is my first time writing a trustpilot review such is my delight with my Furo X. Literally puts a smile on my face every day as I float up hills that used to leave me in a sweat. Had a couple of early niggles but found the team really helpful in getting it resolved. Yes I had to wait for 2-3 months for delivery but its been well worth it.

ordered late November 2020, still no delivery to the date (23/03/2021) and no one to help or care. absolutely gutted, very bad service and lots of excuses around Brexit. Turns out we had to contact UPS ourselves as furosystem couldn’t bother. I would not recommend them at all.

I ordered 2 Furo X max at the end of January 2021. The order form showed expected delivery end of February. I was a little apprehensive because some previous reviews talked of extended delivery dates. However, the 2 bikes were delivered at the beginning of March, assembly was simple and the bikes were as described, well made and extremely easy to use. I would recommend Furo to anyone wanting a light foldable powerful ebike.

Brought bike 1st February, its now 20th March and still no bike! This company is happy to take your money without providing a product. Communication is terrible and you are expected to do all the work! I don't care how good the bike is, it's tainted by this terrible experience. Stop over selling and get your manufacturing process sorted!!! Will NOT buy again!!

i recently received my furo x max from furosystems,it arrived well packaged and in pristine condition.assembly consisted of pedal fitting and unfolding,15 mins. later i was testing it on the road,i'm really impressed with it's performance,sorry GTECH your staying in the shed!!! furosystems have a great product which i highly recommend,an added bonus pay with splitit over 6 months interest free.

Having ridden the X Max on a dozen or so occasions I am so far delighted with my Furo purchase. The bike is everything that I was led to believe it would be. It’s cool to look at, great fun to ride and packs plenty of punch on steep hills. The bike was delivered on time. It had one minor fault with the left/right indicator module being faulty. This was replaced immediately and with absolutely no issues. Carrying the bike on and off the train will not be a problem but I’m not sure it’s light enough for me to carry up and down stairs etc on the underground, but I’ve yet to try that particular operation. I would highly recommend nonetheless.

Good quality product. I'm really enjoying the bike..... But one issue is that it takes longer time before it came to me about a month.. I suggest Furo management team could make this bike ready for shipping so that it doesn't take such a long time for interested customers
