Furo were very helpful when I bought the bicycle through the Cyclescheme. Then they were hit by several setbacks and delivery of the bike took a whopping five and a half months. They did keep me informed of progress at every stage and tried their best, but it was a long wait. When it actually arrived, the bicycle itself was excellent and pretty much everything I could have hope for. The signalling tool/back-light is needlessly hard to use (when it works) and the bike should come with some sort of strap to hold it together when folded, but all the rest is top quality and it's very fun to ride.

I've not had much of a chance yet to ride the bike owing to lockdown. But I am very pleased with it so far. I waited 6 months for delivery but the Furo team were not to blame for this in any way - we are living through exceptional times. Their customer service is prompt and friendly and the bike arrived - so far as I haver been able to tell - in perfect condition. Like other customers of the Furo X, though, I find the lack of a decent rear light to be a problem. The flashing arrow indicators are not helpful for UK roads - drivers expect to see a single clear/flashing rear light, not flashing left and right arrows. And the setting to make both arrows flash simultaneously as a rear light is just as potentially confusing for drivers. I would not trust my life on British roads to that light. So I need to find one that can be fitted somewhere else. Just replace the indicators with a proper rear light: it would be so much better, for the UK market at least. But that's my only criticism. For the quality of the bike itself, it is incredibly good value. Hopefully shipping will speed up and not be affected by Brexit for UK customers, as this really is a great little e-bike.

Very impressed with the service and efficient replies to my e.mails. Bike delayed because of port authority but arrived well packed and with all the added extras. Good looking bike and now my friend very impressed that he is thinking of obtaining same.

Bike is fabulous but waiting for 6 months wasn’t! It’s a really good bike - batterie in indicators was duff but we used a spare.

FuroSystems had problems with delivery, but kept me informed of all changes to the estimated date. The bicycle delivered came with a good manual, and was easy to set up, and a joy to ride. I am very pleased with it. If the delivery had been as expected I would have given 5 stars.

The bike seems ok but isn't very neat when folded. It was supposed to be delivered in 2 months but they took 5 and were evasive when confirmation of the delivery date was requested.

2020 was undoubtedly a frustrating year for everyone - not least having to wait four-and-a-half months for a delivery that was scheduled for six weeks! However, accepting that the delay was beyond their control, Furo Systems were extremely helpful with my pre-order and post delivery enquiries, prompt with responses and very courteous. My Furo X Max arrived in perfect condition and has performed faultlessly once I got used to it. Furo Systems has been a pleasure to deal with.

Four stars due to the time I had to wait for delivery, but I relented and changed it to 5 stars because i am very happy with my bike. I had it up and running within an hour and Furo answered a few questions very promptly. I am a 71 yr old woman, average size, and the ride is perfectly comfortable. It easily fits into the storage space of our camper van here in France. I have done over 60 kms so far and still power left in the battery. I'm thrilled with the bike and looking forward to summer.

The bike (Furo X max) is great and as advertised. Delivery was very slow (about 6 months), halfway through the wait I considered canceling but I could not find anything equivalent from other manufacturers that was actually in stock, leading me to feel that the delays are probably something that most of the sector is experiencing.

I used to have a FreeGo electric folding bike which took me many miles on varied terrain but was insanely heavy eg to get onto trains or even into car boots. When it died after 4 years I looked carefully at lighter alternatives including Brompton and Hummingbird. I settled on Furo Max - good reviews and value for money. With the pandemic it took 4 months to arrive but well worth the wait. Excellent build quality and lightweight. Very easy fold. A couple of teething problems - the battery with a faulty switch was efficiently replaced. The small battery in the indicator sender needed replacing but thankfully a spare is included as standard. Rides brilliantly - powerful boost even on the lowest setting. Great service and delivery updates from Furo HQ.

Dear all, I believe all your reviews how good this scooter is, so I did order one. Unfortunately waiting for it for 3 month now, maybe more. Delivery date was changed from 5 weeks to over 3 month, in like 3 times, with different excuses. I only recommend a collect in person!!! We are in month 4. still no scooter in the house. Sad times continue. 0 trust whatsoever. NEW update: the stock is out of Customs, all passed. now its 1-2 weeks to do the delivery with in the country by UPS. I try to organise a personal collection lets see if is possible. I would drive anywhere right now in UK just to get this sorted.

Order the fuzemax back in early October. Was suppose to be here by end of October but still no joy. This company is a messed. Will get refund if not here in next five days. Do not recommend dealing with this company

Beyond a joke, waiting 3 months on a scooter, updates nearly as bad as waiting on the scooter, got it on a 5 month payment plan. I think it may be paid out before I receive it. I ordered it back in September for a Christmas present which was to be here late October, then November then latest 7 December and now after the 21st of December. they are blaming covid but everything else I've ordered online this year has arrived within a few days of estimated delivery dates. I've been waiting this long on it now is the only reason I'm not cancelling it. but I wouldn't recommend anyone use this company, there are same scooters for cheaper and in stock.

J’ai commandé mon vélo furo X en juin. Nous sommes début décembre et je n’avais pas de raison de m’inquiéter- seulement de prendre mon mal en patience (...) il y a eu beaucoup de délais et un début de panique... Depuis ce message, j’ai eu quelqu’un au téléphone qui a pris le temps et aussi reçu un no UPS...j’ai finalement été livré et les gens de Furosystems ont répondu très rapidement. Le vélo est très bien!!!! Ouf!

I Love my Fuze! I had it for a few months and it was worth the wait, it is such a top quality product! Customer Service is also really helpful, with Jessy who helped me a lot throughout the whole experience. The team always has offered a high-quality service and was always very responsive!

Really love the scooter!! Great design, very fast and durable. Very comfortable on the road. Feels like I'm gliding with front and rear suspension. Always getting stopped and asked at traffic lights about it. A happy and satisfied buyer!!
