Great customer service!

Finalmente è arrivato il mio scooter monopattino fuze. Ci ha messo più di 6 mesi e ho dovuto pagare a UPS corriere l'IVA più il dazio per la dogana (246 EUR) ma comunque al momento sono soddisfatto del prodotto. Sono fuori misura è fuori peso ma è tutto ok ! Bravi

this is my second review to the company after the receipt of my furo x just before Christmas. I previously gave a worse rating because of the uncertain long wait for the delivery. It was half a year of a wait. bike works well. hard solid. the best brake i have ever come across. power me up the hill nicely. its a bike for people who live in hilly areas. otherwise, i dont feel beneficial as such riding on flat roads. a storable foldable bike but i dont see it that portable. it doesnt fold perfectly but ok. it's still heavy for some to carry around. it will be much better if the bike can be wheeled around after being folded up. the saddle doest fit me well hence i have to replace it with another one. i m confident about the bike. the upgrades the bike could have are shock absorption, concealing of some of the cabling, and post-folding portability. it will be better if the company is being upfront with customers about the half a year lead time, instead of stating couple or few months.

3 month wait for the 2 bikes was well worth it. Constant updates not a problem with our world as it is! The quality is as i had hoped which is impressive to me as a Toolmaker and CNC machinist of 40+ years. Great company with fantastic build quality with matching customer services. 10/10 would recommend.

Firstly - 5 stars for communication and customer service. This company are friendly, prompt and helpful in all their responses. They warned there would be a wait, but continued to reply to my every nail-biting email. Secondly - 5 stars for design and use. The Furo X is worth every moment of the wait. It's a very lovely bike, an absolute joy to ride, sails up hills, folds easily and takes the bumps on the estuary cycle path. I'd need to do some weights training to make lifting look as easy as in the promo video, but can get it in and out the house easy enough. Thirdly, five stars for value. The bike cost more than I could afford, but you're only old once and with luck the high quality carbon fibre will outlive me.

Great e-bike. Really good quality, ready to go out of the box with minimal assembly. Fantastic performance and really good to ride. Minor gripes - why not incorporate the lights into the main battery like every other e-bike? Poor quality pedals - first thing I did was upgrade them.

Very good customer service in spite of the long delay. The bike looks and feels great although I haven’t had the opportunity to try it out properly as yet.

Hi, today I received my scooter, it is gorgeous and very powerful, I ordered it on 17.02.2021 and today(24.02) it arrived via UPS, it is worth all the money and they use the 50 pound discount with the code tech_50!

Très bon vélo le Furo X. Très bonne relation clientèle, réponse rapide et efficace. Néanmoins très mauvaise surprise , depuis le BREXIT. Vélo commandé fin août en France , livraison prévue fin novembre puis reportée pour mi décembre pour raison de covid. Finalement livraison mi février donc après BREXIT et surprise UPS me reclamme 346 Euros de droit de douane ??? C'était pas prévu car la livraison initiale et même le 1er report était prévue avant le BREXIT.

I ordered the Fuze scooter and it took about 3 months to arrive and it arrived damaged had another one delivered and was also damaged. I took it for a ride to test it out and the handlebars were not straight they were off angle and did not feel safe to ride at all. Also the wireless fob keys did not power the scooter at all only the alarm worked but who is going to use an alarm on a electric scooter. I called to return the damaged scooter and they refused to pay the shipping cost to send back a damaged scooter which they sent out. Don't use furosystems cheap parts used for the scooter to cut corners definitely not a safe product to use and customer Service is terrible sent out damaged product and want you to pay to send it back.

As with many others my bike arrived later than originally planned, however this was not the fault of the company and they kept me up to date with progress via the website as much as possible. I'm so glad I persevered as the bike is great! I wasn't expecting the motor to be as powerful as it is and it's made riding effortless. I haven't ridden any great distances yet but, after @10 miles or so, with varying levels of motor, the battery still had more than half charge. I look forward to taking it out for longer distances when the weather warms up a bit!

I bought a sleek high quality product. It is sturdy yet I can carry it up my stairs... I struggle with my shopping. It really is stunning to look at as well. I'm really happy that it has indicator light and a headlamp. I was on the verge of buying those before it arrived; lovely features packed into it

Hey um yeah The machine is rather good as I am a heavier set bloke( 138) with some hills around me, which is why I chose it. Now on the flatter bits to slight inclinations it is great with my size. But struggles in the slightly steeper bits which is expected I'm a bit nervous in regards to the tires and speed bumps but so far great. Customer service could use some work though.

High quality product. The people at Furo are helpful and friendly. The response to any questions I have asked them was very efficient. I would highly recommend their excellent bike.(Furo X).

Reasonable product. 2.5 months wait (given the current situation, probably alright for a product of this type, but still). Light, well built, nice looking and came assembled except reflectors, which were very easy to install. Needed some tightening of the handlebar and seat (not mentioned in the manual) with pliers. A bit tricky to carry when folded as it keeps on getting open - and the velcro provided is a bit of an afterthought on design to keep it together. Tricky to roll when folded. Front light not very bright - alright for bright city roads, but dark if zooming through park. Very quiet motor!!! Big plus - quieter even than GoCycle! Speed selector installed upside down - that is confusing. Bell broke off - but got swiftly replaced with no quibbles - very appreciated. The turn signal is impossible to use for persons with smaller hands, plus a bit fidgety in cold weather as it gets unresponsive. Great breaks - even in rain! Got 55km out of battery on average speed of 14km/h at speed setting 2. Not bad at all! If you haven’t used motor assisted bike before - practice a lot before taking to big roads - something to get used to - feels as if somebody pushing you from behind - could be tricky when trying to slow down. Customer service was great - everybody on the phone or email were responsive, understanding and gave information that required in a very good time. Pity there is no built in stand for when bike is folded - it is resting on the crank (pedal wheel) which is not ideal if stored on hard surface or open ground. Also a bit wobbly when standing folded. Love folding pedals! Free multi-tool supplies - nice touch, but not very good to use as it is constantly collapsing and a bit fidgety. It is light by comparison to other bikes - was a big sale point for me. Careful with the main frame folding lock - it might catch on wires running in the middle of it underneath. Not a big issue - just be careful. It is a great bike - at a price - but then some things could’ve maybe be a bit better at that price? Don’t know. I like it - and enjoy it - specially as my first bike since 11 - riding in London. Definitely worth looking at - and trying when you can.

I had to wait several months for my Furo X Max to be delivered. That wasn’t ideal but, my contacts with customer service were very very promptly dealt with and I accepted the explanations given. It is my first experience of a small wheel, folding bike, which requires some adjustment, but I am pleased with the bike. It is very well made and a comfortable ride. I have found the indicators tricky but no other problems.

We are so pleased with the quality they are exactly as described in the advertising kept up to date with delivery they arrived on the date We where given would definitely recommend we have brought them as we have a motor home and they are ideal for traveling

My Furo Max is great bike which was easy to track using the app prior to its arrival. Friends with differing makes admired it once it arrived. I have arthritic hips and am 76 years old so the low midsection makes it easy to negotiate mounting and the easy folding and light weight makes putting it in the back of my car. The only problem was the delivery time which was long but as this was compounded by COVID I accepted this as an unavoidable nuisance.Overall an excellent bike, with no drawbacks
