I dealt with Gary initially who was very helpful with our flights to America. Several others have picked up the trail of communication in issuing the e-tickets and I have found them all very efficient. Because of their good customer care, I have decided to get my next ticket to the Far East from them, although in this one I have waited for two days now for them to get a good price!

Honestly ! There will always be negative reviews, but the guys at Global Flight Catchers have been nothing but good yo me. Found me an awesome deal and sent me my e-tickets in the same day. They work in cahoots and can pick up each others work load when your point of contact is not available. Give them the CORRECT information. Don't blame them for your laziness that needs rectified and be upset at the surcharge. James asked me FOUR times if my information was correct before booking. If after 4 times you still get it wrong the problem is you! I will be telling my friends and family about this agency, and will use them for my next 4 trips this year!!! I was helped by a gentleman called Mike, who was very helpful in getting me a kind if flight i was looking for my travel, however one little snag is i wish that they could also book the seats free ones that is at the time of booking the tickets, as it happens in my return journey from Detroit to London i have a stopover at Newark airport and I am not able to book my seat on that flight from Newark to London.. other than that everything was great.. thank you Mike!

Excellent prices for US flights. Booked late one evening but was still able to talk to Mike about my booking who was helpful. E tickets received the next day for American airlines. All very efficient.

I inquired about luggage on a flight that I had looked up online. Mike helped to find me a flight including luggage and meals for nearly the same price. I booked and paid but was told the tickets would come through in 24 hours. I found that a bit nerve wrecking however it was very late at night when I made my booking. I was happy to find that within 12 hours I had my e tickets and could log into my flight package on the airline website. I received a call to confirm that I had recievied my tickets and the team were most helpful. I did receive two more calls regarding leaving a review which was a bit annoying as I was working and looking after kids but they apologized and said they wouldn't bother me again and haven't. I'm very pleased with my booking and service so far.
