Service was delayed initially, however received a phone call after sending a couple of emails the next day. Problem resolved promptly with an apology.

I booked a flight to Nicaragua through globalflightcatchers at a great price and received confirmation. However, after many changes the flight was eventually cancelled the day before I was due to leave and I was promised a refund. Three months have passed and after numerous phone calls and promises the refund has still not arrived! I will update this review if a refund finally arrives, but in the meantime all I can advise the reader to avoid globalflightcatchers like the plague!!

Mr. Mike gave me a lot of help and he was very patient as I was asking a lot of questions. He wasn't bored or complaining about my question, and I am very grateful with the excellent services that Mr. Mike provided to me.

You staff make my journey worst but u will never give up until they refunded my money I will take this further thanks this behavior is unexpected I will never dream of introducing any to this travel agency

Mike Freeman took care of me last year on Christmas eve when I needed a ticket for Christmas day, and he made it happen at a rate I was not even able to find on any comparison sites; since then I have always booked with Global flight catchers they have the best deals without a doubt, and the customer service is unlike all these other travel agents that just want money, Mike and his team care about you and your travel!

Mike was great, allways available to help and very very polite, got us a very good on tickets to mexico.👍
