SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! DO NOT TRUST ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS AND ONLY TRUST TO THE NEGATIVE ONES. THESE SCAMMERS ARE WRITING THEIR OWN REVIEWS!!! If I had been careful enough to check other victim's comments, I would have never bought my tickets from them. They won't send you any booking confirmation, receipt, etc. after you have paid for the tickets and when you manage to speak to the same sales person, who seem to recognise who you are without taking any booking reference, tells you that there are no seats available at the price you have bought the tickets for and just like other people have said, they charge you extra £350 for a different seat. I have now waited for a week for them to refund and yet nothing. I have already reported to the bank. It's an absolute joke. PAY EXTRA AND STAY AWAY!!! THERE'S NO SUCH A THING AS CHEAP TICKETS YOU CAN'T FIND ANYWHERE ELSE!!! IT'S NOT WORTH THE STRESS!!!

Complete scam. They called me 2 hours after booking the flight and told me I had to pay extra, which would have resulted in me spending more money than booking elsewhere. I was then told that I wouldn't get a refund for 24-48 hours because the money was already with the airline, which was bogus. Only after I told them that I would hold or come to their physical address was the money returned within seconds.

They sell you a so called cheap flight and then the night before you fly they call and say “the airline has cancelled your flight because they have overbooked that flight class but we can get you on the same flight but it will cost you x 1000’s more , I checked with the airline in Melbourne and it was not true. Avoid like the plague!!!!!!

UPDATE as of 2/5/2025: A couple days after this incident shared below, I checked my credit card and I was charge for 3 different airfares from different airlines (2 Frontier and 1 Southwest over $1500 total). I had no idea what these charges for but I know I used my credit card with this so called “agency” which is totally a fraudulent company to scam people. I called the bank and reported this and they’re investigating. Please stay away from this company and save time, money and peace for yourself! Can’t believe this happened!! scam scam scam! Beware. You buy “cheap” tickets on their website and get a confirmation email with confirmation number and the price you paid for the tickets. Then a couple hours later a con artist calls you and says the tickets you bought are no longer available and in fact has increased! They ask for additional $300 or more to book your flight and transfer the funds. These companies should NOT be allowed to be on internet and collect/charge consumer credit cards and scam them! Please stay AWAY and save yourself money and headache. This is not a legitimate company.

used these guys 8 times between 2014 and last year. Everytime them have performed exceptionally, getting a great price and knowing im working to a tight budget, went the extra mile to get lowest prices with assistance for my disabled wife. Just gone to use them again and the website is down. people who i dealt with were Chris Smith, james Taylor and Mike Freeman amongst others. Hope this is a short term issue with the website and hope to be able to book again soon! FYI this is not a fake review and totally legit

What a experience the advisor not only made me feel like I was a vip customer he found a price I was not expecting.

This is scam, they will not sell you anything, If you bought, report to your bank immediately Update (I got a refund): I bought a ticket from them and received an invoice. I was waiting for 30 mins for a ticket reservation confirmation so I can check-in because the flight supposed to happen in a few hours. As I didn't get anything else, their chat support was empty as void and no one (literally no-one) picked up the phone line. After that I'd realised it's a fake agency. A few hours later when I've submited a fraud claim to my bank someone called Josh colled me (why no one answering the help line Josh?). Josh was polite but I told him straight away that this all looks like a fraud and that I've submited a request to my bank. All they can do at this point is to issue me a refund, WHICH THEY DID a hour after the call, which I'm very thankfull them for. So overall why on earth you'll make the process for the customer so terrifying and scam-looking? You have a cheap price? Great, just issue the ticket automatically to me, no need to ask Josh to call me.

I booked a one way flight and changed to 3 x one way flights in which the operator was exceptionally helpful with and the communication was excellent. The helpful gentleman's name was called Brian and the gentleman who I spoke with over the phone (sorry I can't remember the name) was nothing but helpful, quick, efficient, friendly and answered all my questions. A very helpful company indeed. I didn't have any issues.

I got scammed to fly to America from the UK: told I’d be put on a waitlist until further notice and was being forced to pay more for a seat, not knowing if that would even be confirmed or not. They said they called me to discuss this, however I did not receive any calls. They continue to advertise the seats despite saying it’s sold out. I have email and calls as proof of my booking with them

ITS A SCAM!! BOOK WITH SOMEONE ELSE I BOOKED A FLIGHT TO PAKISTAN FOR £920 THEY CALLED ME TO SAY THE BOOKING WASNT GOING TO BE CONFIRMED AND I COULD PAY A ADDITIONAL £180 OR GET MY MONEY BACK IN 60 BUSINESS DAYS. I THEN HAD NO OPTION AND HAD TO PAY A ADDITIONAL £30 FOR TAX. They then booked my flight with Saudi airline and when I went to manage my Booking it said paid amount £920 This company is a scam all have Indian accents. I even called one time at 10pm they answered spoke for 30 seconds and the man on the line started snoring and fell asleep.
