Only one person answers the phone and they all sound Indian. They are very rude and it’s a shame. I booked a flight got my confirmation itinerary and booking id , next day I call cause I can’t find my booking on the airline website only to be told I have to pay $300 more because my seat is not available only main cabin lol. Then a ride supervisor calls telling me to pay or they will cancel My reservation smh. Do not waste your time booking with them just go to Expedia or directly with the airline To the reply to the agency, I have proof of my booking and I can forward it to you guys if you like, and I’ve had a supervisor call me back and I spoke with an agent via chat so unless someone is pretending to do business for you guys?? I have been emailing sales@globalflightcatcher. that’s who sent me my confirmation email and I have been getting no response
