Very reliable and efficient filing system, for company tax and personal tax filing. Great product.

We are a small two partner practice and Taxfiler suits our needs and the needs of our clients very well. We have used Taxfiler for several years and fnd it user friendle. Not sure how being taken over by Iris has improved anything, and of course the price increased considerably, which is not so helpful

Excellent software for a small practice to prepare all statutory reporting for their clients. Prices seem to be creeping up quickly each year but then again, what isn't!

Excellent software and excellent value for money. Been using this for over 3 years now and value it as an integral part of my business.

Taxfiler was a little behind with covid19 changes but otherwise a very good and easy product to use.

Customer service is the biggest pile of rubbish

Software was the best software until greedy IRIS took over. They're justifying the price increase with useless extra features. Extra features have no added value, instead making software awkward and dull.

Unfortunately since the software has been taken over by IRIS customer service is very poor, no one is responding to the queries, portal keeps failing and facing following message 404 Not Found.

The software itself is decent enough and easy to use, with a limitation of not having a few key features (i.e. where are the supplementary pages for R&D, CT600L after a year of them being introduced by HMRC?). However, when it comes to approaching the deadline for filing self-assessments, the software kept crashing due to overwhelm... You would think that as a company owned by IRIS that would be mitigated but no. This has happened on the 31 January 2022 and now also happening on the extended deadline on 28 February 2022...

Great software saves me time and gives me peace of mind.

Not a bad piece of software for a small accountancy practice or a practice just starting out. The main issue is the fact that you cannot add nominal accounts or even change some of the existing ones. Also, some of the information doesn't seem to get transferred from one module to another (eg financial information from Accounts to Corporation Tax).
