Brilliant piece of software

If you are looking for fast and user-friendly software to file your online tax returns, then Taxfiler is for you. A special mention is needed for their customer service too, which is second to none. We have used Taxfiler since I joined the firm 7 years ago, and any issues have been quickly sorted, with no fuss, by their excellent customer service team. For me, Taxfiler deserves 5 out of 5.

We are using Taxfiler few years and we find it useful and user friendly. We would suggest it to anyone who is looking for efficient and paperless solution.

Really convenient piece of kit to work with. Their email support is brilliant. Because of being cloud based, I can pretty much access it anywhere whether laptop, tablet or my smartphone! I do have a few recommendations. Currently the software relies on a final TB to prepare the accounts, but I would prefer the journals posting option. This makes it easier to have an audit trail for where the amounts are coming from, rather than going back to excel each time. Also the current price is excellent value for money and I would hate to see some irrational price hikes, as seen by the other big players.

Really useful and easy piece of kit to work with, highly recommend! Best part is you can take an iPad to a client, draft up the tax and finish off at the PC in the office without worrying about backups, data conversions etc!

Usually does what it says on the tin. Need to have the right figures in QuickBooks first though.

Works perfectly for me. I couldn't prepare a set of statutory accounts or a tax return anymore without it.

I will give a 5 star but there a just a few small things to improve. One is more headings for the accounts production such “rent received” maybe a list to go through to customise the input sections for a tax return. I have been using Taxfiler for 4 years in my practice and have found it great value for money, easy to use and the support team are always quick to reply. I would recommend Taxfiler to any small accountancy practice.

I have used Taxfiler for a while and on the whole its quite good for the price. However, having recently contacted them with a Companies House filing problem. They don't seem to be concerned that their system is registering incorrect information. That's not helpful when trying to run a business.

Tax filler has transformed both my practices. I don’t know why we didn’t use it before. We use various accounting software and all work perfectly with Tax Filler. The support email is very efficient. We've been using Taxfiler for a number of years now. Simple, easy to use and does exactly what it says on the tin. We aren't using all the features such as PM etc but we're happy with the accounts production and tax return functionaility. Reasonably priced and great support when needed!
