Elizabeth has been a great and friendly support in looking for tenants. At first, I was doubtful about the higher rate compare to other firm. However, Elizabeth has showed me that she and her team are dedicated, responsible and efficient. Elizabeth first found me a good tenant for my brother's flat, not just a good rent but lovely people. Then, I had trouble with my previous agency Portico, whom I pay a manage fee rate but I still have to chase rent EVERY month. Elizabeth checked in with me about the other flat (excellent follow up), then when I told her that I am sticking with my current tenant, she was polite and wish me luck (not like if there is no sales, I will not talk to you that kind of attitude). I went back to her as there was problem with my current agency, and she helped to find a tenant within a week and have been very helpful with everything (including portal, previous tenants). I would highly recommend Elizabeth as she is a trustworthy letting manager and very efficient.

Since the 27th of September I have been waiting for the payment of my rental income for my property. Winchester white decided to pay me via CHAPs (not as agreed in my contract) and a method not supported by my bank. The monies were returned from the suspense account back to HSBC the bank Winchester White bank with on the 29th Sep - To date, I have to chase for updates and am yet to receive my rental income whilst facing staff who do not know who Winchester White bank with (i.e. claimed they bank with the HMRC!), aggressive and rude, dissmissive communications/behaviour in addition to a simple lack of urgency. Terrible

I am taking down most of my review and experience with this company as at the 11th hour and by myself cleverly locating the name and contact details for a Director he capitulated, apologised and agreed to release the rental money that the Manager had been holding back for no reason. Badly trained and rude she ignored 4 emails and texts & lied about the availability of the Director on Friday afternoon meaning they would not release funds (6 months rent) until the Monday (2 weeks late). At least the Director facing these bad reviews stepped in and late Friday afternoon I received the transfer. Staff should be trained to answer or escalate emails instead of ignoring-or pretending emails did not arrive.
