Winchester White have been excellent. I had to leave my flat to put it to rent as I had a change of career leaving my employment to enter into full time education. From the first contact with Jake Hirons-Palmer and his colleagues, a very professional service has been provided. They gave me peace of mind. Whenever anything needed to be maintained, they were always on hand to take care of it. Winchester White also helped to provide reliable tenants throughout who looked after the property. Winchester White were always there taking care of things. I am also very grateful to Elliott Newman, Ross Piper, Gemma Merchant and their colleagues.

Wimbledon letting Agency is non responsive, rented us a house with broken heat. Blamed us when it was not fixed for 6 months! Suggested at some point to buy heaters everywhere instead of fixing. And dangerous broken fence outside is still hanging loose. They fix nothing, don't follow up and don't care. 1. We reported the heat in October 2021 and it has not been fixed for a year. 2. Reported broken fence - never fixed 3. Reported leak in bathroom coming from light socket - it took 6 months to complete. The agency doesn't know what's left vs. right is doing. Very responsive until you sign a contract to lease, after that they treat tenants as a commodity. We are leaving our rental due to extremely poor service. Contract allows them to come in with 24 hour notice - and now they call all the time, so apparently when it is to the agency advantage, they take it on. Happy to name who is particularly negligent if you wish to contact us. HOUSE OWNERS: Just use a different agency. You'll get much better service and tenants will stay longer.

I have been using Winchester White to rent my apartment in Clapham Junction for several years. I always found them very professional and quick to respond to changes. For instance recently the tenants gave notice. I received a call from the letting manager half an hour later. She visited the property the next day advising on some repairs to be made and revised rental value. The next day i was informed that they had lined up 4 viewers out of which 2 made an offer. Fantastic!

Winchester White works very efficiently. That's my general impression. I could expect at least 2 viewings per day. Among which at least 1 is closer to the status of raising a concrete offer. Within 2 weeks or strictly speaking, 1 week and a half, my property was let out with admin. work completed straight way. For viewings not leading to concrete offers, I could timely receive feedbacks, which helps me work out how to improve in terms of interior redesign, space multifuctionality and bundled offerings in the long run. This doesn't mean other agents are not working efficiently, however, Winchester White could bring me a successful offer slightly earlier than the rest involved during this round of re-listing and most importantly at a much better overall position, for example, payment terms and final price achieved. What meant by slightly earlier in this case is simply less than half an hour time difference. From top managers to agents following the leadership group, the whole company is working on an agile basis and result orientated. That's what I didn't expect from the very beginning. Because of the moving attitude and absolutely none shakeable outcome, I decide to collaborate with Winchester White not only in near future but also in multi-ways relating to other fields of estate management. On the other hand, Winchester White cares about renters by implementing compulsory pre-tenancy checks to ensure peace of mind for tenants. I trust if I am turning to Winchester White the next time for another type of deal, this company is going to look after multi-stakeholder interests properly. That's what I want to see or the reliable point that make me feel assured.
