As new landlords, we were completely out of our depths with what was needed for a rental and Elizabeth from Winchester White was so helpful in taking us through the process, without making things overly confusing by using jargon. Once we had reached out she was incredibly quick to get things moving and kept lots of contact with us every step of the way, answering all concerns, questions and even preempting queries before we asked. We had been dreading the process of renting a little bit but Elizabeth made it all so easy for us and we can’t quite believe how quickly and efficiently this was all sorted.
