THE WORST experience ever! Where do I start.. It's full of commission chaser agents who don't care about the tenants.. They are just trying to make the most money (hence the commission) for the landlords. Beware, at the end of the tenancy term they don't do monthly rolling and they wanted us to sign a year contract or leave.. then before us even giving notice to leave they forced us to start the viewings.. they broke into our apartment while we were on holidays to do heavy construction work for the next tenants, my babies' room was full of dust and the place wasn't liveable after.. we didn’t even get a response to our email and we had to clean after them.. on top of everything, after looking after the place like our own - we didn't get our full deposit back and got charged for an additional cleaning due to the first one being not professional enough!! They tried to charge us for the broken things the landlord left behind and also they were 20 days late to pay the leftover from our deposit!! AVOID AVOID AVOID..

Elizabeth and Ines were so helpful throughout the process of renting our upcoming flat, answering any of our questions and securing it very quickly. Thank you both!

I have rented a property through Winchester White and they are acting as a "property manager" on behalf of the landlord. Their incompetency is frankly frightening. The letting team were great in getting the deal arranged, but since then it's been a shambles. If you are signing up for a property that is managed by them, steer well clear as you will have nothing but issues and stress.

Azhaar provided excellent service in helping me secure my new rental property. He was easy to reach and communicated each step of the process very well.

Romana Moskurjakova of Winchester White was helping us find a short-let flat to have while we are having our kitchen redone.
