Alexa was excellent to deal with. She's a great communicator and very good at speaking over the phone when an issue can arise. She went out of her way to help us resolve a problem we had. She's very responsible and always comes back to update you.

I came to the UK recently and need to search for accommodation here. Miss Romana from the Wimbledon branch had arranged a viewing for me at Abbott Avenue but the existing tenant in the property was waiting for the COVID-19 test results therefore I didn't view this property eventually. Alternatively, She found another one in the vicinity which in line with my requirements to have a look. Nevertheless, the deal didn't go through even I like the property very much since my company already agreed to provide accommodation to me. I appreciate for what Romana did for me. Subsequently, she showed me one or two more, and really listened to what I was looking for. We homed in on a particular area, and she found me the flat I am now happily renting. We had our house managed by Wincherster White ... An absolute disaster !! The property has been visited in the absence of the tenants, and emptied, the agency had no idea of what happened. The agency has no idea of who has the keys, and is not concerned by the issue ... The house has been left in very bad conditions, not maintained, furniture has been damaged and stolen, the garden was a jungle ... and so on. The agency is clearly not concerned by your property, but much more by the money they can make on it! When the tenants have disappeared, the agency came to us to pay to remove the tenants furniture and to professionally clean the house before we could move back in.

Great service was provided by Romana. Responded to emails very quickly and communication was efficient throughout the process. A professional lettings agency - would highly recommend!

We didn’t end up going through Winchester White as we found another property with a different agent, however I felt compelled to write this review as Sarah was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was really professional, yet welcoming and friendly. We’ve done so many viewings where you feel like the agent doesn’t even know the house and drags you around it without really caring whether you take it or not. Sarah was the complete opposite - she really knew her stuff and explained information really well and made us feel at ease and valued. This is an absolute rarity with London letting agents. Overall it was an excellent experience and when I’m looking to buy in the future I’ll certainly consider Winchester White because of this reason. Thanks Sarah for you help!
