Loved how I could pick my own tree from the selection of photos that they had available for each type of tree (instead of receiving any old random tree). I was very impressed with how much thought was given to ensure my tree arrived safely and securely. Everything was very well packaged and so beautiful when it arrived. Will definitely be buying more!

Quick delivery, great trees, good customer service

I received my ‘Japanese Maple (Acer) Bonsai Tree | Deshojo Style | 30-40cm High | In 15cm Pot’ on the delivery date in the morning which was perfect as it’s a bday gift. It was well packaged and looks like the picture. It’s been shaped really nicely and looks healthy. It would be helpful if the box said this way up/top 🔝 but it was well wrapped so it wasn’t damaged in transit. Nice follow up message too from Paul. Thanks!

Amazing customer service and amazing product. Wanted to buy a bonsai tree for my husband, wasn’t sure whether to get a gift card or actual tree. Decided on a tree and spoke to Paul. Paul was incredibly helpful every step of the way and very human and personable. The tree arrived in the post and was packaged immaculately. The tree itself was better than I’d imagined - really lush leaves and in good condition. Great pot it came in. Great value and fantastic experience all round.
