This is my first bonsai and I couldn’t be more grateful that I ended up getting it from Yorkshire Bonsai! The website has individual pictures for each bonsai so I could pick the specific tree I wanted. I also could choose what day I wanted the bonsai delivered so it was convenient for me. The tree was delivered in perfect condition and makes a lovely addition to my room. Also, the aftercare I received post sale has been second to none and I would have rated them higher if I could have because of this. I started to notice some white fluff on the soil so reached out to Yorkshire Bonsai for support on how to fix this as I was getting conflicting advice online. They were quick to reply and the advice they gave worked and my bonsai is looking healthy again! Thanks again, I really appreciate how supportive you’ve been through this!

I’ve just received my bonsai tree and I have to say my husband and I are both very happy with it. Although we were somewhat dubious about buying a tree on line we are happy to say it arrived on time and was very well packed and in excellent condition, good strong healthy leaves and the soil was still moist. I would recommend Yorkshire Bonsai to anyone wanting a bonsai tree and would buy from them again and again. Excellent product, five star service and Paul was especially helpful with putting my mind at ease with regards to buying my tree on line.
