I received a very beautiful surprise on my birthday last month of a Bonsai Chinese Elm - ordered from Yorkshire Bonsai by my friend. It arrived extremely carefully packaged and protected and looking very healthy. I am pleased to say it is still thriving! In February 2024, I tried out Yorkshire Bonsai for the first time to send a gift to a friend. Honestly, I was worried I'd mess it up, but the whole process was surprisingly easy. Well, almost. I accidentally put the same address for billing and shipping. A few emails back and forth with Paul sorted that out, though - he is one of the nicest and most helpful people I've encountered, going above and beyond for me to get the gift right. The package showed up within just 48 hours—way quicker than I expected—and everything was in perfect shape. Not a single leaf out of place, and the bonsai and vase/tray combo looked amazing. My friend was over the moon with her new bonsai. Great experience overall! I'll certainly be ordering more for friends and family in the future.
