Placed a order of a bonsai tree on the Saturday for delivery on the following Thursday, Thursday came and went and no reply to a phone call. Received a email Friday afternoon explaining a heater had failed and the tree was no good that I ordered they offered alternative but not the tree I requested now it's Saturday one week later I'm still waiting for a phone call back after phoning in 3 times and no reply to my email either Poor customer service these people don't deserve your money AVIOD THEM TO AVIOD DISAPPOINTMENT

Tree arrived on time and well packaged. As I'm relatively local it still hasn't needed a water yet. Everything arrived in great condition

Had a lovely chap called Paul help us out with the purchase, advice and delivery date being scheduled to a specific day nearer to Christmas. Super helpful guy and couldn’t asked for anything more off him, had a slight issue with the drip tray I ordered being slightly chipped and got me one sent out and received it the next working day, being so close to Christmas I was amazed.10/10 couldn’t recommend more.

I ordered a dripping tray described as being 18 cm long. A dripping tray smaller than 17 cm was delivered. The worse customer service I have ever experienced. No return option has been given. Waste of resources, bad for the environment and waste of money. This shop is not worth anyone’s time. Simply bad business.

Well, the original order that I made was wrong, wrong colour, I tried very hard to contact with phone and email - then it was rectified with change of order - but when it arrived, it was still the wrong colour - but, having made contact again, it was rectified immediately, the correct colour sent by next day, and to keep the previous incorrect colour. thank you, you certainly redeemed yourselves there - with prompt action - top marks for that.

I have had four beautiful trees from Yorkshire Bonsai, and all arrived in perfect condition. They were so well packaged that not a grain of soil had moved. Amazing! The customer service is also commendable. Paul is very knowledgeable and has helped me several times with excellent advice. Very friendly always. Can’t knock them. As others have said, you choose the actual tree you want, which is brilliant. I only have positive things to say. Highly recommended.
