commandé 1 câble ethernet et après 1 mois toujours pas de livraison et aucune communication. J'ai l’habitude de travailler avec des exportateurs chinoises, mais ça ? c'est du jamais vu. Vraiment pas sérieux et à éviter.

Waited two months for my Elephone to arrive with constant messages to get updates even though payment had been taken by them on day one. They have no customer service. I needed to use the warranty 3.5 months in to receiving the phone and I am now 6 months in to receiving the phone I still haven't been able to use the warranty. They won't call me, won't escalate the issue, won't assist in using the warranty but to my every message they respond saying I am almost out of warranty. Well yes I am now thanks to them not doing anything for over 2 months of me constantly messaging them!

Terrible company, warn others. No customer service. Selling products that do not and cannot work in the UK. Bought XiaoMi Running shoes, The app platform can only ever work in China, but they are selling these on the uk site. I bought a pair . I even got onto the manufacturer and they where very surprised to find that Focalprice was selling these as they confirmed that they where not for the UK market only ever China. They can never work, a complete waste of money. When I had conversations with them, their attitude so arrogant, basically hard luck. Go away. If you want very very slow deliveries, rubbish quality, goods gthat can never work in the UK and non existent back up. Use this company. Never again.

5 months later…no package, no money back. Focal price reaction: ‘We can refund you as soon as we received the returned package’ ...Sure.. after 5 month waiting ? My opinion: Incompetent company…better throw your money into the swamp instead of buying at focalprice.

Overdue on this and extremely sorry. I ordered a Zenfone 5 back in June and was amazed they first insured I was actually the person on the card and intended to order this phone. Not many places care on orders over $100. They did, then promptly sent my order out as asked. I had to sign for the package when courier(DHL) delivered it. Was wrapped well enough to avoid any kind of damage Of course phone works beyond reproach and the price beat everyone else by least $50. I will definitely order from them again.

I bought many products in this store As long as everything is OK, so no problems Once sent to a defective product, the store starts to pretend to answer, regardless of content. Both times I encountered problems with their products, they tried to do everything they can to shake the warranty. These both times I had to ask for help in paypal paypal and both times found my complaints justified In short, recommends thinking twice before buying

J'ai acheté une télécommande qui ne fonctionne pas pour mon Canon 70D, même après remplacement de la pile par une neuve. J'ai fait une réclamation sur le site qui m'a demandé de lui envoyer une vidéo de problème ! N'ayant pas de temps à perdre pour justifier ce dysfonctionnement, j'ai perdu mon argent ! A éviter.

I ordered a smartphone from this company (Meizu M2) and paid for express delivery, the item took 3 weeks to arrive (longer than I paid for), and when it did, it was ridden with adverts and viruses, and their customer support couldn't care at all. The OS was full of intrusive adverts, and when I managed to run a virus scan on this, it showed stock apps to be a trojan and others to be adware. I was also redirected in the web browser on a regular basis to scam websites. Also, there were Chinse phone calls in the phone log despite this being advertised as new. When I reached out to focalprice for support on this, they asked me to send screenshots, which I did, and they then said this was a new phone, not used, effectively saying I was lying. I told them I was not happy, and they said I should post it back, but that I had to pay postage, and if it got misplaced in transit they would not refund me, which with them saying this up front, tells me they're never going to give me a refund. Absolute disgrace, and I would never buy from this company.

After trying them the first time, with somewhat satisfactory results on a small order, I ordered a second time and never received anything. Get the credit card Company to get a refund, but this is a long process. Avoid using this website.

Bought a phone at beginning of October from them and paid for express delivery,nothing happened for 2 weeks when i contacted them they said colour out of stock would send me a different colour gave me a tracking number, this number did not exist after another week I contacted them and they said they had made a mistake with the tracking number and gave me a new one and would refund the express delivery charge this this has not happened and no sign of Phone so I raised a case with paypal and asked for a full refund they contacted me and said they can not refund me untill i close the case with Paypal total nonsense ,deal with these people at your own peril

I ordered some trivial items on FocalPrice.com. A few days later, I received a call from my credit card company saying that my card number had been used elsewhere (I had been breached), I also received calls from another merchant for the same issue, and I started receiving scam phone calls. I'm very protective of my information and only regularly use this card at a few trusted merchants. All evidence points to that FocalPrice either has weak security or is in on the breach. An empty envelope eventually showed up from FocalPrice (about a month after my order) and there were no contents inside. I contacted FocalPrice and included a photo, and then was told to file a RMA. I did so, included a photo, and then was asked to include more photos (of which there were none). So, I had to file a chargeback. What a disaster it's been for me having ordered from FocalPrice. It's not worth it.

NEVER BUY FROM THESE JERKS, HUGE SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have not been able to track my order or contact them in any way. My order has been over a month ago and I will file a formal complaint and do my best to have them terminated from ever selling anything ever again! I have suffered chest pains and severe mental anguish in this whole thing! If you buy online, AVOID THESE CON ARTISTS!!!!! -Jake Luechtefeld.

My order was suppose to be in between 7-15 days, its been way over that and still order has not arrived. Paying more is a better route than waiting forever and not being able to get ahold of anyone. Will not order from here again, ever...
