I purchased two items on 12/5/11. I inquired about the shipping status on 1/5/12 (exactly one month later) and they told me it takes between 30 and 45 days to receive the item. COINCIDENTALLY, PayPal only lets you make a dispute on your payment for 45 days. Really FocalPrice? YOU ARE A JOKE! It is now 2/18/12 and I will continue to stalk your customer service.

Just received an email from Focalprice wanting an extra $16.08 to cover shipping after I placed my order about a week ago. According to their online "COUPON" offer it covered ALL orders shipped free AND WILL BE HONORED AT CHECKOUT. COUPON was acceptedd when I checked out and paid for my order. It also stated that my order was shipped on 3/7,obviously it wasn’t! This is the 2nd attempt I tried doing business with this company. The first time I never received anything but I did get my money back after contacting PayPal. I should have walked away on my first experience with this company but I felt I'll give them a 2nd chance to redeem themselves. I should have known better. Typical bait and switch! With the added shipping costs I can buy elsewhere for less money. They don’t honor their commitments! Will I get my money back freely from these folks or go another round with PayPal? I guess I'll just have to wait and see...... Copy of their email. Dear Customer, This is an email from FocalPrice.com service team. Unfortunately, we were informed that your order FPTEQ909291C was unable to be shipped by Airmail since YE781R is oversized. We are really sorry for all the inconvenience. In this case, we have no choice but change your order shipping method to be EMS. If you still need the item, please send money of $ 16.08 to our paypal account: [email protected] so that we will ship your order by EMS express then. However, if you did not pay the shipping charge within 7 days, the order will be cancelled automatically by our system. If there is any question, please feel free to contact us. Placed an order over 6 weeks ago, and still no sign of any delivery (supposed to take 7-15 days via airmail). The order tracking service provides no information, every contact they ask you to wait another week, 10 days, 15 days, 45 days. Promises of resending or refunding the items at various deadlines are not fulfilled. Avoid.

Jeg modtog min bestilling efter to uger. Det lyder af meget, men jeg synes det er meget godt, i forhold til leverings prisen (gratis). Min bestilling lød på 3x stylus pens til touch devices. I Danmark koster de op til og mere end 100 kroner og fra Focalprice kostede de næsten kun en femmer stykket. Jeg vil dog ikke anbefale at købe dyre ting derfra og hold specielt ordren under 80 kroner, ellers er der risiko for at skulle betale moms!

Som Johan Hempel også skriver, oplevede jeg ingen problemer ud over langsom fragt. De sendte den 13. november, og jeg modtog den 24. november - men bortset fra din. Ingen problemer med indpakningen - jeg havde købt noget "privat", (til UTROLIG billige penge) og det var pakket fint og diskret ind - der stod bare "Electronics" på pakken. Varen var uden skader overhovedet, og fik oven i købet fragten, helt gratis! Kan anbefalde Focalprice - 100%. Køber igen i næste uge, så får de en review mere :-)

Jeg købte en PS3 blu-ray laser (KES 400A), og der var ingen problemer. Den blev sendt med airmail (langsom post) og jeg fik tracking nummer, det eneste som der gjorde mig nervøs var alle de her reviews. Jeg fik min laser på samme dag hvor de havde lovet at jeg ville få den, jeg kan kun anbefale andre at bruge Focalprice.com, det tager lang tid at modtage det fordi det er fra Kina. Men, så må i jo betale ekstra for at få det hurtigere?

I ordered the "cat eye" car logo/emblem but they sent me "badgirl" car logo/emblem. I emailed them about the wrong product sent but they did respond to my email. It has been a month now and still no response from focalprice. TERRIBLE SELLER!!!

It is the worst company EVER! I ordered some dolls to give as Christmas present and they came 3 months after the last day of promised delivery period !!! I send them messages 8 times and every time they told me to wait. It seems that your messages go directly to trash. Out of 3 packages, just two of them arrived which I could probably use for the next Christmas ! They finally told me to send the packages back to China to get the refund with a shipping price more than the item itself !!! I've bought two Bluetooth headsets from them as well. None of them worked and they were of awful quality. Thanks to Motorola customer service they replaced them with new ones !!

Hi, I ordered some little fun goods in october 2010. Till today (jan 2011) i'm waiting for the goods. Nothing arrived. Although they always respond to my complains, they always ask me to be patient and wait a little longer. Also after a RMA message, they offered me to sent the goods again, but after two weeks they first are going to trace the package by there local postoffice. (they never find it, thats for sure, because think they never sent anything) Well I don't have any trust the goods will arrive. So my advice to the whole world: never buy anything by Focal price it's the pain in your head not worth!

Within 24 hr, my iphone speakerphone function seems to be "damaged" by the headset. My phone is less than 3mths old and has never been dropped but after using the headset, the reception became so bad, after switching off the bluetooth and tried speakerphone instead and the reception was still bad. Last time able to use speakerphone but now...... A less than US$20 headset damaged my more than USD200 iphone

Jeg har handlet ved focalprice et par gange. Og jeg syntes at deres priser er gode, kvaliteten at deres vare er ok. Jeg bestilte nogle fototasker, og selv om de kun kostede 20kr. stykket, var kvaliteten på højde med tasker, jeg har givet 150kr for hos photocare. Så jeg kan kun anbefale focalprice
