i have place a few orders with this company. they were single item transactions and it was smooth and fast shipping. i started to order more then one item and this is when the problems started. durring one order they didnt even submit the order to be shipped but took my money after 7 emails back and forth i requested to speak to some one else and she refunded me the money stating that the order was placed on hold for no apparent reason. there were a few other times i ordered and it took a good 2-3 months to get stuff and NOW I HAVE HAD IT. I ordered some things knowing it may take a month to get and its been a month and a half and this is the email they send me back: Order shipped within January, February and March will be delayed. And the delivery time will be as follows: To Asia: 30 calendar days or more To Europe and North America: 45 calendar days or more To South America: 60 calendar days or more Other areas: 30-45 calendar days So, here, my only proposal is you wait until the deadline for your area. More and more worried customers tell us that they finally received their order those days. What!! NO one sayed i had to wait another 45 days! Sorry focalprice i gave you many chances... I'm done

I BOUGHT 2 ITEMS ONLINE. THEY TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND I HAVE YET TO RECIEVE MY ITEMS AND IT HAS BEEN AROUND 4 MONTHS. EVERYTIME I TRY TO CONTACT THE COMPANY I GET NO REPLIES. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM FOCAL PRICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PROS: Good Prices and free shipping on most items CONS: I ordered a mouse pad from focal price. Took ages to ship. Recieved it FINALLY, but it was the wrong god damn item. Trying to contact focalprice by email and the live chat, but they aren't replying. DO NOT BUY FROM FOCAL PRICE!!!

I placed an order with focalprice on 25 January 2012, it's now the 26th March... I can't even get onto my FocalPrice account even though i've reset my password 5 times, every time i try log on with my new password it says: The E-mail/password you entered do not match our records. Please try again! It's pathetic and i advise strongly not to use this cowboy website. There cheap yes, but there service is that off and 3 year old baby. Enough said. Sj

I must be shopping at a totally different Focalprice.com than most of the people who reviewed it here because Focalprice is a total disgrace. I ordered something from there 16 days ago, according to thier site, it shipped 15 days ago. I cannot track it, they ignore my EVERY email and attempt to get hold of them. I have attempted to track my order every day and their site just says that my item cannot be found. I have lost all patience dealing with them and I regret ever going to thier website. They have horrible customer service, as they will ignore you completely, and I'm pretty sure they stole ~$100 from me and will get away with it. I implore any and everyone who is thinking about shopping here to rethink that completely. Stay away from focalprice!

Stay away, very bad experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am still waiting for my purchases to arrive. I have sent 7 emails regarding my lost items and i have not received a response from them. I posted a comment on seller review and they replied asking if i was certain i had written the correct order number. Total SCAM

I´ve been buying in FP and I think it's great that shipping is free. The gadgets I've bought have worked perfectly well I think I'll keep buying with FP. I had bought in others online stores and it seems absurd to you have to pay more for shipping than for the items, so I think it's awsomw that they have "free shipping".

Ordered a replacement screen for my smartphone. the website said 6 to 10 working days for delivery. placed my order on 2/18/12 and shows it shipped from Hong Kong on 2/20/12.the website says estimated delivery date is 3/12/12!!! that's way more than 10 working days and it's 3/14 and still now here! never ordering from this website again.spend the extra $1.50 and order from a national retailer.

I have made several orders since last year and I haven´t had any problem, all my products arrived, in a good conditions, fast and with a good quality, plus price is a good deal. In my last order I had to talk with costumer service and they gave my good service and a quick and effective solution, in Spanish which made easy communication I´ll dare to say that has been the best choice and I´ll keep shopping ;)

They are selling are made in China,as a old customer,I want to say it's actually functioning really good as compared to it's price. Customer service is very good.I often get the reply within 24 hours. I have bought quite a lot from them, never had any problem. Again, quality is not as good as the ones you can get from Canada or US, but think about that, would you going to pay $50 +tax for a HDMI cable from bestbuy, or pay $5 on focalprice, which you can't really tell the difference Recommended.

You get what you pay for - some is very good. But the price is very reasonable for what you get. Just be realistic - don't expect brand quality. If your expectations are reasonable you'll be very pleased. I bought lots of order from there, It all showed up as promised, with quality BETTER than I expected considering the price. Altho it takes about 2-4 weeks for arrived.

Really awful expirience for time being. Still no response from customer relations, shipment still not arrived (1 month), and it is not trackable. So I really suspect it is not shipped at all

almost 25 days and counting on an ipod battery..do yourself a favor, pay the extra $1.32 and order from a US company. It is sooooo much worth getting it. Very poor customer service. If you plan to have a kidney replaced or open heart surgery..then you may not be out on the wait. *(

I already purchased many small items from FocalPrice, always intended for my own use or as gifts for my relatives. Got some small problems here and there (very few indeed), but they were all resolved very fast, and the support people are always VERY corteous and respectful, really want to help. Really don't know which was my BEST experience here, but I can mention the case for 2.5 " hard drives (very good quality ones), and a pair of wrist watches, very cheap and with very reasonable quality. Als o, FocalPrice ships very fast, and their prices are comparable with (I think) bigger Chinese dealers. All in all, I can say that Focal Price is my preferred dealer.

I was please with all my products purchased in FocalPrice. No hassle, no qualms, and I seriously have no problems so... there's no need for me to contact any of their customer service. There are so many websites around and it's easier here in FocalPrice. Thanks for the wonderful experience... i'm outta here to search and shop for my next item!
