With this complete disorder sell on the internet and lack of monitoring, merchants like Focalprice would make millions by scamming Americans. First, it took over two month for me to receive my tablet. then, the 170 tablet really worth maybe 20 bucks. The full charge holds about 15 minutes, wont work with many apps such as google mail, etc... We exchanged many e-mails but no luck. Then they asked me to send it back to them which of course cost over 50 bucks to China. So I am stuck with a completely useless tablet which by the way it broke and wont even boot. My advise, next time you are buying something online from strangers, ask if it is shipped from China.

Bought a tablet from Focalprice.com and it took many weeks longer to receive it than they promised. The tablet failed right away and now I have been waiting MONTHS for them to honor the 1 year warranty on this lousy piece of junk. Focalprice continues to ignore my warranty requests which means they simply are an EXTREMELY DISREPUTABLE COMPANY. Only a fool would buy anything from Focalprice. RUN from Focalprice, they CANNOT BE TRUSTED ! ! !

In general good company. Slow shipment, indeed. It took 2,5 months the package to arrive. But it was properly working. Unfortunately first order got lost, but after I contacted focalprice.com and explained situation, they resent it without additional charges. I will buy from them in future.

I order my tablet on 10/03/2013, now after 47 days I still haven't received my tablet and Focalprice want me to wait on until I die, DON'T BUY OR REGRET.

I've used this company on and off for a few years, and shipment to the UK has always taken ages. But recently items have been weeks before being shipped and I've been sent emails saying that shipment methods have been changed even though previous emails have said that items were already on their way. Recently I've been told that my credit card might be stolen and that I need to scan both sides of my credit card and email the photos to them to prove I own it! This is clearly not required and they should not be asking for this. If ever you are asked to do this, walk away. You would open yourself up to fraudulent use of your card which your bank will not refund if you willingly provide the details to someone! Ordering via Paypal seems to be the only way to get goods from this company, but most recently I have been sent the wrong or faulty goods. I believe that this is on purpose as they know that returning items from the UK is too expensive to be feasible. Their returns policy is completely worthless. I will never ever use this company again. Do not be tempted by the low prices as you will pay in the end.

placed order by guest paid by paypal no order sent to email no confirmation received as yet. emailed no reply cannot do live chat as only opens in early hours when i am in bed how long will it take to get a email confirmation

"I ordered through Paypal on April 6, but never heard about the order for 5 days. So far, I sent them 3 e-mails but they never mentioned that the order has arrived. I wonder why Paypal is keeping them on the list. Focalprice keep sending decent polite emails to let time pass buy but they don't do anything. I send the order number in my second email text and I attached pictures (jpg files) from Paypal: their answer was: "we can't open and read the attached file!s! Please send it again to another email address!! So I did and I am waiting, Second, when I placed the order, their specs said the battery power was 3000AH and it should last for 4 hours on the average. Today, their website changed the specs to 2000AH without saying how many hours it would last! (it would last for 1.5 hours according to the web). What do you call this act? I sent my 3rd email and said either deliver with the promised specs or refund to Paypal immediately. Never received an answer."

I've made allready 12 orders and several times have the problems with the quality of goods. This is not the falt of the shop usually, but the shop always make advances to resolve the problem and never ignore your problems. The main reason to buy on focalprice.com is the honesty of this shop.

I spend $145usd on two tablets. I purchased them on feb and payed extra money on express shipping. still got it late on march. these items where Defective in less than 12 hours. I want my full refund but they are offering me $20 on coupon to keep the broken items myself. I'm still dealing with them because they don't want to pay for shipping it back which cost $61usd. I have been dealing with them for over 2 weeks and nothing These people are horrible please guys be ware of this fake company. Do not buy from them

Bought Sony PS3 controllers but they seem to be fake. Where defective in a week. Send them back but China customs cought the goods and destoid them because they are fake. I send the tracking number to Focalprice as proof but they are not willing to do anything because the never received the goods. :-( But if they had send met real units I had never had to send them back and if I had to than customs wouldn't destroid them! PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU BETTER PAY A LITTLE MORE IN YOUR OWN COUNTY.

Fiz um pedido com diversos itens e, em menos de 15 dias, ele chegou no Brasil. Considerando que o frete é grátis e os produtos vêm do outro lado do planeta, só posso dar nota 10 à FocalPrice neste quesito. Quando chegou no Brasil, o pedido ficou na UNIDADE DE TRATAMENTO INTERNACIONAL por mais 10 dias até eu recebê-lo.
