Son varias veces en las que he adquirido equipos por esta pagina (Focal Price), la recomiendo ampliamente. Solo he tenido un contratiempo con la entrega, pero quiero suponer que es por el sistema de paqueteria (eso espero). Cuando he solicitado informacion me han contestado correcta y, amablemente.

Sempre compro aqui e sempre fui atendido com habilidade. Tive somente um problema com uma entrega que os correios não conseguiu encontrar o endereço, mas mandei uma mensagem pra o Focalprice e fui atendido com muita atenção e resolveram meu problema. Os produtos são de muita variedade, qualidade e alta tecnologia, sem falar nos preços.

I place an order in July. I never get the order. The order was returned by transport in August. Now were living 1the Dec. I still was n t refund for the money I payed. So beware!

I have purchased a smartphone from Focalprice because they offered the very best price, including free shipping with tracking, of all the websites I searched. I had some questions before I received the phone and their customer service replied straightaway with the info I requested. I received the phone a few days earlier than expected and in perfect condition. I am now preparing to order some more phones and accessories for other members of my family and some friends. I feel confident that if there should be any issues that they will take action to remedy them, if not, I will be sure to follow up with another review.

Me habían hablado genial de la página, así que no dudé en hacer un pedido. Soy comprensible y se que desde Singapur a España los envíos no tardan 7 días, pero tuve que esperar más de 40 días hasta que recibí el envío. Por que?, pues por lo que parece una falta bastante grave. Compré un móvil, lo pagué inmediatamente, pero después de unos días el pedido no salia. Finalmente me dieron un track que no funcionaba. Unos días después me tuve que volver a poner en contacto con ellos porque el tracknumber seguía sin funcionar. Me contestan que han tenido un problema de stock y que van a tardar en enviarme el móvil unos días. Esto es un incumplimiento grave, puesto que yo al comprar, verifique que ponía EN STOCK. Me volvieron a dar otro tracknumber y a seguir esperando. Como única solución ante mi queja me ofrecían un cupón de 5 % de descuento para una próxima compra. Este ofrecimiento es absurdo cuando ves que si siguen incumpliendo jamás habrá una próxima compra. Finalmente llegó el producto que tardó aproximadamente el doble de tiempo que suele tardar. El servicio de atención al cliente lo encontré muy mecánico, como si hablaras con una máquina. Eso si, contestan a todas tus peticiones muy correctos. Esperaba más de esta página. No se si me animaré a realizar otra compra con ellos, si lo hago y todo va bien prometo puntuarlos con 5 estrellas, pero en este caso no tengo otro remedio que dar esta baja puntuación.

En este sitio se puede encontrar una gran variedad de productos, a precios imbatibles. Además tiene un programa de puntos que premia al comprador frecuente, periódicamente ofrece bonos especiales y oportunidades imposibles de soslayar. El tiempo de entrega hasta Uruguay, por ejemplo, es entre 30 y 40 días; lo usual para envios desde China.. Pero lo más destacable es el servicio al cliente. Siempre responde y siempre tienen una solución para algún incoveniente que pueda surgir. Ya he comprado más de 10 veces, siempre llegó la mercadería, a veces en más de un paquete. Sólo una vez no llegó y me reembolsaron el dinero. Recomendable.

Llevo tiempo comprando en Focalprice y bastantes productos. En general es la mejor, con diferencia, en la que compro. Para mi una de las cosas mas destacables de su pagina es el poder enviar mensajes de forma directa y con respuestas rápidas, al contrario de otras, que te dejan olvidado hasta que los amenazas a través de Paypal. Mientras sigan así,seguiré comprando y aconsejando a mis amigos para que también lo hagan.

Vivo en Argentina y ya hice varios pedidos en FocalPrice. Todo hasta ahora lo recibi sin problemas, entre los 35 a 45 dias. Muy buena calidad y precios imbatibles y lo mas importante, cuando hay que preguntar algo o hacer algun reclamo.. siempre hay alguien respondiendo ;) los recomiendo!!!

Ho già effettuato cinque ordini su Focalprice e devo dire che mi sono sempre trovato bene. I prezzi sono molto convenienti, ovviamente la qualità è rapportata, ma fino ad ora nessun prodotto mi si è mai rotto. Ho comprato cavi per il telefonino, dock di ricarica, un tablet e vari gadget elettronici e non (auricolari, cuffie, adattatori, ecc...). Le descrizioni sono dettagliate e le immagini aiutano parecchio nel capire se un prodotto è adatto alle proprie esigenze. Il servizio cliente è sempre stato rapido e cortese, mi hanno anche omaggiato di un buono in seguito ad un paio di auricolari non funzionanti su iphone (ma funzionanti su Samsung e Htc). Le spedizioni sono gratuite e anche se sono un po' lunghe (dai 15 ai 25 giorni lavorativi) la merce è sempre arrivata.

Last time I bought an Android smartphone, for little over 100 USD. For the same one here in my country I had to pay over 300. It came to Bulgaria little bit slowly but in excellent condition, looks fine and works fine, just as explained, and as I expected. I had some worries because of the delay but Focalprice support was very fast, kind and accommodating. They even offer if they lost it to refund or to ship it again after I wait another week after estimated arrival time. So, there are very good stuff for a good price, the seller itself is reliable, the support is good. I definitely will buy again from Focalprice.
