I've made 5 orders at FocalPrice and I'm pleased with the overall result. Good items at a good price. During China elections last year, shipping was delayed, and for one order FP provided 2 tracking numbers, saying that the second one replaced the first, but when I finally got the package, it was labeled and tracked with the first, not really a problem since I received it anyway. Prices are ok, but they could be a little lower. I haven't had any problem with FP yet, so far I'm pleased. But, I think one can really know an online seller once you have a problem with an order, and not before. What would happen if one of my orders get stolen, or an item arrives broken? I hope FP takes responsibility.
