United States | 09 March 2013Aren't you supposed to receive an item after you order it or receive a 100% refund (not a 62% focalprice credit)? Have you ever ordered an item online that you didn't receive? If you haven't experienced this (and want to), I would recommend Focalprice.com. Have you ever experienced "the runaround" from customer service? If you haven't experienced this (and want to), I would recommend Focalprice.com. Have you ever been offered a refund that is only 62% of what you paid and is a credit for this company (Focalprice.com) that didn't ship the product that you were offered a 62% credit for? If you haven't experienced this (and want to), I would recommend Focalprice.com. I am not kidding, I paid $64.29 for an item I have not received. Focalprice has offered me a $40.00 credit toward my next purchase at Focalprice.com...Brilliant !!! Who in their right mind would order another item from this company when you have not received your FIRST order from them ??? Oh yeah...go submit a RMA request so you can receive a message back denying your request because you have not waited long enough for your item (according to their customer service) even though it's been 30 days without an update on the tracking number.

Product was ordered day 06.02.2013 and today 28.2.2013 arrived okay. It delivered exactly what I ordered. I can not judge the quality of the product is yet to come, but at first glance it seems OK. Review of the ordered goods are positive, decided price of this product compared to other Chinese e-commerce. Based on this personal experience, price and speed of delivery I recommend this e-shop.

It took forever for my order of one item which was in stock to get shipped, it took more than a month to get to me, they never sent me a shipping confirmation or order number along with the shipment so I was I unable to inquire about it. When the order got to me I opened it and it was a completely wrong item. I tried contacting the company many times and they just kept asking me literally "what's your problem?", even after I told them several times. They bounced me around to three different customer service people who were all rude. They eventually came up with an order number for me so I could fill out a return of merchandise authorization form. When I went to fill it out I was told that the order number didn't exist. Finally, I had to go to PayPal and stat a dispute then escalate it to a claim. Huge waste of time, energy, and money. I definitely will never shop on focalprice.com again and would very strongly suggest that everyone stay as far away from it as possible.

Mexico | 22 January 2013Price-wise, FocalPrice offers a good variety of a lot of consumer electronics at low prices once you consider that free shipping is an option on every item. The free shipping does not turn out to be "free" when their customer service is not structured to process notes provided during the checkout process regarding the "Shipping Address". I´m an American PayPal customer who works abroad most of the year. PayPal does not allow me to specify shipping to my foreign working address. Despite providing notes in the PayPal "Instructions to Sseller" and in a follow-up message linked to the actual order, twice now - and going on three according to today´s screenshots - FocalPrice has shipped my packages to the address I am forced to use in PayPal. Based on today´s screenshot, looks like I am facing the choice of working through another RMA request (that takes two months on average in my experience) or paying for international shipping from my billing country to the country where I work - hence, not free for me, Theoretically, you can resolve the shipping dilema by establishing yourself as a FocalPrice DropShipping customer (and hence you can input a delivery address that has nothing to do with your payment /checkout screens) .... but that only works if you don´t wish to buy "sale" items .... If you wish to buy "sale" items whose discounts are greater than the DropShipping Customer discount, you´ll find that under your Dropshipping dashboard, you cannot take advantage of "sale" prices, so you end up paying more to rectify the shipping problems. It seems to me all this could be avoided if their fullfillment team was just set-up to read delivery instructions that are submitted with orders in a timely manner, but in my experience, they have not organized that aspect of their operation. Also, it seems useless to be a Dropshipping customer if you can´t take advantage of price discounts they are willing to offer to their standard customers.

United States | 09 January 2013NEVER USE THIS SITE! I understand that they were shipping internationally, so I expected some time to receive my items, but not more than a MONTH! Not only does shipping take way too long, they'll probably send you the wrong item...and you'll have to pay return shipping all the way back to China. And don't try to contact them for an exchange or refund, cause they just try to CONVINCE you that the item you receive is "just as nice". I don't know what world they are living in over there, but customer service usually means the customer is mostly right - especially when you send them the wrong item and admit to it. I would never use this site again and if I were you, I'd spend the extra $5-10 for ANY OTHER COMPANY. It's not worth the hassle of dealing with condescension and pathetic excuses for trying to resolve an issue where THEY are at fault.

NÅR noget går galt, for eksempel manglende varer eller forkerte varer, SÅ er det at problemerne opstår at få deres kundeservice til at tage sig af fejlene. Forlanger billeder af en tom kuvert, vægten på kuverten, billeder af det man har modtaget osv.... Det virker mest som om deres kundeservice er til for at afvise klager, istedet for at yde service! Ærgerligt.... Har haft langt bedre erfaringer med deal extreme!

United States | 01 November 2012I thought there stuff was kool.. So I ordered $150.00 worth of stuff. Paid on Oct. 5th via PayPal. I have tried over 15 times to contact them. Nothing no response. No merchandise either! Very fusterating. I had to do a Paypal dispute. The only communications they have had with me is, I wrote about this on reseller ratings, Pamela offered me 15.00 coupon if I removed my statement. Still they will not contact me via email.
