I was going away when I ordered some items ,that I needed quickly as I was going away, but when came to pay I didn't get the opportunity to request next day delivery. so I called the company who could not apologise enough and and straight away organised for for the delivery to get tome the very next morning and gave me a time scale.. and they were true to their word my items arrive before I was leaving for my trip .. I was so impressed, I offered to pay the post postage . which they declined and were happy to organise the postal payment. I was delighted with their service , they are an independent company run by husband and wife team. I would l would like to highly recommend this company Good Luck for the future .

We've just purchased a Gluggle Jug from this company via Amazon. Gluggle Jugs are one of those items that once you've seen one, you need one. They bring smiles when they're poured and often splashes once you stop pouring as the gluggling finishes - they're brilliant. We bought this one for a friend who giggled at ours guggling recently. We gave it when they moved into a new house - it was well received and used within minutes! Colour - we've a pale green one and bought a pale blue one as a gift. The paler colours show the features better we feel (scales, fins, etc.) whereas the darker ones didn't seem to - why buy a fish-shaped jug if you can't see the scales 🤔 Packaging - brilliant, safe, secure. Delivery - early! In fact, a day early, which was fantastic as we'd ordered too late for the housewarming 🙄 If you're considering getting one, stop considering and get it - I promise you won't regret it.

Despite the wrong size flexyfoot ferrules being sent in the first place. After sending an email to them straightaway. I received a reply within about 15min saying they would send correct size ones out. Later in the day I received a text saying they would be delivered the following day (today) they did arrive and are a perfect fit. If needed I would definitely use them again.

Our daughter purchased the item as a gift for her Dad's birthday and it arrived with some slight damage which would have had an effect on the use of it. However on contacting your essential shop to inform them the customer service from Hannah was amazing!!! Hannah was extremely supportive and very helpful. We took few photos of the damage and sent them to her and she offered a replacement which was delivered very promptly!! Brilliant!!! Hannah's customer service was excellent and as a result we would definitely recommend the company and use them again!!!

I ordered a pair of crutches on a Monday afternoon and they were delivered by ParcelForce, free of charge, on Tuesday morning. So LESS THAN 24 HOURS from my online order to receiving the package !!!!!! The price was the best I could find, they were very well packed, VAT relief was straightforward and the crutches are very high quality indeed. Your Essential Shop gets a big 'thumbs up' from me.
