Not recived goods, tried calling no answer,

Well everything was ordered and delivered very smoothly, however I've tried emailing, using contact us for this whole week to arrange a return/exchange but not 1 person has got back to me. I gave up twice being on hold for over an hour so I've just decided to keep the item. Even though product and delivery was excellent the after care/customer service support is extremely poor. Wont be using this company again.
