Wrong colour item was sent initially, email sent and they dealt with it straight away. New item arrived the next morning, with return postage for the first one. Excellent customer service, thank you Your Essential Shop and Sam who went above and beyond.

Your Essential Shop has a good website which is easy to navigate. Have items in stock and had options for delivery depending on your need/want for your item. Expedited delivery was next day for me. The items themselves were fantastic quality.

This is a store that has customer care and quality at the heart of their business. It took a long time to source crutches that were suitable for me and I settled on the ossenberg set from this store. While the carrier lost my package, the owners couldn’t have been more helpful, and they ended up saving my weekend by allowing me to collect another pair in person while raising an investigation with DPD. I’ll definitely be looking here first for anything in future. Thank you so much!!

There were complications with my delivery and I copied Your Essential Shop in on my correspondence who were more than happy to get involved, but that was, in the end not necessary and delivery was made some days later. Very pleased with the walking cane.

Had an issue with the wrong colour jug being sent out, they were quick to respond and immediately shipped me the right colour. The product was that nice in the end I ended up keeping both jugs and the seller applied a discount for their small mistake. The product and price were brilliant 10/10 would use them again.

The little apple pie funnel came beautifully presented. It was cute and did the job.
