Good old fashioned customer service, despite being an online site! The payment method I used accidentally defaulted to the wrong delivery address (not the website’s fault - unfortunately it has happened before on other sites). I wrote a panicky email to the contact email and received a call back within minutes with everything rectified. I had just been thinking how in the old days there wasn’t this hassle with delivery addresses - but this customer service is top notch. Thank you so so much - will be using you again :)

I ordered two crutches but they were delivered with the wrong ferrules on. So I contacted YES via the link on their website, as no phone number was listed for them, requesting they call me, if possible, to discuss a solution. Within an hour they called and offered to post the correct ferrules by next day delivery. True to their word they arrived the next day. Some people might complain that they should have been sent right first time but I understand mistakes can be made and I judge a company on how they rectify issues and YES have excellent customer service! My only criticism would be their lack of a telephone number.
