Straight forward, simple application process. I have a mild pre-existing condition which needed to be disclosed and even that was easy. The online form was clear and concise. Very competitive pricing too.

Very dissapointed in this company. Applied for a policy and then few days later received a call saying they were voiding my policy due to multiple applications, this came about purley because i first searched for a policy using a comparison website then i went and used top cashback as the cashback amount when taking out a policy was higher. Due to this they cancelled my policy. UPDATE In Response To Below: I contacted you yesterday by phone and the agent told me that your underwriters requested for my policy to be voided due to the above and that there was nothing that could be done and that was the end ot it? Please feel free to call me again if you wish to discuss, you have details available. UPDATE Received a call from a customer champion who clearly explained what had happened in the application process. After sorting the issues the price jumped up take it from one of the cheapest to one of the most expensive so chose not to continue with policy. Have spoken with a mainstream provider and been given a price which is £12 a month cheaper than Beagle Street so it does pay to shop around! I’ve decided to up the review score by 1 at the request of Beagle Street but can’t go any higher as my score now reflects poor value for money.
