This was a very easy way for me to arrange some protection for my family. I was impressed by the online system and although I completed most of the process myself, I was happy to have follow on support calls from the team. Very happy with the cover.

Really easy and straightforward to receiving a quote and setup. Great value for money bit disappointed could not be offered critical cover. But still pleased with the price and cover i have taken out.

Had a quote from Beagle but went with a different company. Months later I have several calls a day from different people. Even though I have blocked the number, they leave messages on my voicemail. Very annoying and very unnecessary.

Even with a slightly unusual hobby, Beagle Street were able to provide cover at a competitive rate. Additional information was needed but this was managed efficiently and only took 2 working days to complete. I can't comment on the claiming part, thankfully! But I have every confidence it will be as straightforward as arranging the policy should it ever be needed.

Courtney took my call initially and advise me the best course of action to take on extending my policy, which of course I couldn't do I had to take a new policy. I was passed on to Matthias who advised the difference between the two life insurance policies on offer. He was very pleasant to talk to as was Courtney, overall my telephone conversation was very very good.

After I put all my details in including bank details for direct debit I was called by an advisor who then tried to upsell my policy telling me that the price I was quoted is not the actually price. In the end I was introduced to insurance with a completely different company and more than what I thought I was going to pay
