Friendly service from the advisors at Beagle Street. I rang to change my address but then decided to get a quote for a higher insurance cover. I was over to another department quickly without hanging on hold for ages as with some companies. Stuart was really good at going through the questions needed for the life insurance explaining where neccesary. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I spoke to Ben this morning. He was a very helpful and friendly chap. He guided me through the quote with ease and explained to me in full detail everything that is included with my policy. I can't thank him enough for his swiftness and reassuring demeanor in helping me go ahead with this cover. Thanks Ben, whoever reads this needs to promote this guy. Excellent service all round. After numerous calls and transfers - I ended up speaking to Leon from Star Ltd.. What an absolute star! Understood and (I think, appreciated) my sense of humour. Everything explained clearly and he ensured that I understood exactly what I was being “sold” and told. Initially hung up on the chap from Beagle Street thinking it was one of these annoying calls happening at the moment, he called straight back and explained that he was legit and wasn’t a sales call etc. Fab service from all involved!

Whyhave my direct debit payments stopped? There's been no communication regarding the takeover by OneFamily and no DD payment been taken since February. Have tried to make contact but no success.
