Customer for almost 2 years. Have drawn almost 80k from them. Have paid on time never a late payment and have even paid loans early. Get a random email my access to funds is closed. Not only that they said they ran a credit report, which I never gave permission to do, and state my credit is low when I know full well it is over 700 and emailed a credit report showing otherwise. Response to their reply - I've already spoken to FB on the phone and the CS was basically 'oh well'. This was not the same CS that FB used to give. Our rep was the coolest person, and it seems now they've gone the 'everyone is a number' route. Already let them know I'm paying off our remaining balance and closing the account.

Don't waste. your time. I have several businesses. One does over $4mil and they gave me a $40k line and we never missed a payment and then they cancelled us. Complete waste of time, unprofessional.

My husband and I have used fundbox for a number of years and have always paid on time and have also paid off rather large loans. Yesterday we received an email stating that after reviewing our file they were going to basically close our account. I cannot believe this is how a company operates after you’ve had a loyal customer for years who has paid on time and has paid off loans. We are not a financial risk. This is absolutely ridiculous. This is not good business and I plan on putting a negative review and comment for every Social media platform that I can find. I want someone to call us and explain how this decision was made. It’s like a huge slap in the face when you feel you are building a business relationship and excellent payment history and then slam your account is closed!
