Worst customer service in the world! We have used FB since 2017 and for years it was so easy to make a draw and get funds. For almost a year now it has been nearly impossible! Everytime I go to make a LOC draw the FB is out of sync with QB's. It takes 5-6 hrs of time I don't have to make a simple draw! I call CS and they can't help but tell me someone will call me back shortly. I get a return call in 3-4 days. We have high speed business internet and $4k top of the line Dell desktops and we still can't get their software to work correctly.

Everything was going well until I received a random “audit” and they paused my account. I’ve never missed a payment, I actually paid extra the week prior and now here we are with no real answer.

I have been with fundbox for many years they have alway's been extremly helpful and very resposive they have help over and over in my buisness i would recomend fundbox to anyone including my family and close freind's needing line's of credit i can not say enough. Do NOT use this company! Everything has been fine since i signed on a year or so ago if not longer than that. The only complaint I had until their huge misstep today was that the initial limit was to low and I never received any increases...but whatever I have consistently used them to fill in the gaps when I needed a floater for my business bills. Today out of nowhere they decide to take the line of credit away from me pending some review with zero warning when I have a big expense I was going to use it for on the 2nd. I called to find out why and although the agent was very nice he couldnt give me any answers just that he saw the same thing I did. Not helpful. This company touts how it helps small businesses but this little power play out of nowhere for no reason when Ive always paid hurt us more than anything. small businesses are always at a huge disadvantage and can use whatever help they can get which this company did at first but doing this is going to cause a huge repercussion because it came out of nowhere. I will never use this company ever again even after they complete this review because of what they did. they cannot be trusted.....how would i know that they wouldn't do this again out of the blue and cause another repercussion because they cant be bothered to give a good notice or tell you exactly what the problem was. I was told to write a letter to find out why.....how about you just tell me what the problem is .....they cant be trusted dont use them and if you do just know this can happen to you

Fundbox has a good system and is convenient but they don't honor their programs and dodge phone calls and never get back to you. I just found out their system logged me as a missed payment in the very beginning even though it was their system that was having glitches this is not good faith when the customer is on the phone with you relentlessly trying to get it fixed.

Ease of access to funding is great. The rates are a little high

Not only did we make every payment and complete our loan. They keep doing credit pulls with no way of removing them from or our business account. They will deny you new funds based off of algorithms. Only one person answers the phones and it’s the same person every time. The last reason they did not provide funding was due to “Inadequate performance in related Fundbox account”. So just know if you make all you daily payments on time and pay off your full amount it’s considered “Inadequate performance”. Nothing personal about this company. Just a bunch of robots.

Extreme ease of use. Fast funding which makes short term business funding worries a thing of the past. Great service.

I absolutely love Fundbox. We work with a lot of large REIT’s in which payout from 7 days to one month out. This LOC has continuously allowed us to make payroll every week with no hiccups. Our business would be totally different without the LOC.

By requiring bi-weekly payments is helpful.

They tell you that you can loan back/get additional funding once you've paid it down to 50%. I've made every payment on time and now I'm down to 25% of the total amount paid off and still no option for funding. I conducted business assuming that what they were telling me was true, I paid off another loan and added inventory when I was getting close to 50%.

Do not believe what you received from Fundbox, they are lying to you. They are providing you with a fake pre approval letter of 150k, when you enter all the required information of your business, your personal info, and connect to your business bank account they will email you approval with line of credit of only $1000 while I have a minimum of 665 credit score. it does not even worth the time spent on the online portal and connect your business bank account with them. Be careful, be careful.
