I’m afraid I have returned the coat because the hood is just way too small. It is not suitable for a wet & windy day as it more or less only covers half my head and comes no where near my forehead. Overall the actual coat ( without the hood) is fantastic. Perfect fit and great price. Sorry I had to return it.

Really impressed with this purchase ,the colours are lovely and the quality is top notch. Feels lovely and soft and is really warm, very happy.

Unfortunately, one of the shoes has a few marks on the front of it, and they were also a little large, so I returned them on the 7th Oct. I'm still waiting for my refund!

I had a problem with the sizing of two fleeces I had ordered. Rydale were very helpful at exchanging the fleeces for a different size; it all became quite complicated but they were patient, painstaking and ultimately we had a successful conclusion. The fleeces are lovely (though I found the sizes generous), and I would highly recommend the company.

I purchased a pair of wellies which were excellent however had a very tiny hole at the join in the toe which unfortunately leaked. Honestly it was tiny! I contacted customer services who were excellent, fast friendly response and have kindly sent me another pair of wellies to replace the others. I will buy from Rydale again because of this excellent experience.

Absolutely love the quality of these fleeces that I bought for my Lakeland terrier and poochon. They are fussy dogs who normally hate jumpers etc but they were in desperate need of something for our chilly autumn walks. They are super soft, easy to use and love how they cover the underbelly (perfect for small dogs in the wet weather). Received prompt emails regarding confirmation of order, delivery, no spam email etc. Fast delivery as well I placed my order on a Friday afternoon and received parcel Mon 30th Oct (no special requests or extra payment) unless this was part of a promotional period? Bonus points as the dogs got a compliment when out and about and someone asked where the fleeces were from! Will definitely make purchases again and reccomend :-)

Very quick delivery from this company. I ordered the coat in size 12. I'm a good size 12 and it fits with ample room for sweaters or a gilet underneath. At 5ft 2in, it's a great length on me, coming to the top of my wellies. No more wet dog walks!

Fast efficient service. The short wellingtons are just what I need for the morning dog walks now there’s lots of wet grass with all the rain we have been getting.

Item was delivered to wrong address by Evri, Rydales delivery provider. The person the item was delivered to, kindly finished Evri’s job off for them. On inspecting the item, there was a mistake in the manufacturing of the item and I decided to send it back. I am waiting for the refund to come through, hoping that the delivery charge will be refunded too.

Second one I've bought over the years and am very satisfied again.

I ordered three shirts from Rydale which when received did not correspond to their TO Fit Chart. Contact with ther support staff was difficult as I had deleted the order ID. When i eventually got through by phone I was asked to send a photo with a tape measure, The reply to this claimed that a shirt with chest measurement 112cm was Medium whereas their TO Fit chart clearly stated that this is XL. The shirts have a collar size 16 to 16.5 inches , the chart shows this to be Large. They insist that this is Medium . Absolutely hopeless and bordering on worse. Sad as I have previously had 5 shirts from them which were of good quality. These very large shirts are labelled M and I now wonder just how many shirts they may be selling with misleading size labels.

Excellent doggy jackets

Ordering and delivery were fine, no change there. The 2 over shirts I ordered were the same size as those ordered last year but the cut is much more fitted than previous orders! I have always ordered size 14 and very happy with the fir but this order was much too small, cut as to fit in at the waist and not straight cut as before, very disappointed!😞

Good companhy to deal with. Ordering easy and delivery within timescale given. Good information to enable tracking of order and delivery.
