Ordered 3 shirts, one looked as if it had already been sent out to someone else, as not all the packaging was present, it was very creased and there were marks on it as if the fabric had been rubbed. The other two were the same sized Hannah shirts, but one was much, much bigger than the other. Won't be ordering Rydale again unless in an actual shop as the sizing and quality are so random.

The wellies are not as described, I used the size guide but the calf measurement around the top outside of the wellies is smaller than the size guide states so they don't fit. Now have to return them. Disappointed

Very very good in every way

Made a mistake with delivery option for a jacket which I needed quickly. Rang customer services who upgraded my delivery at no extra charge. Parcel arrived the next day. Customer service doesn’t get much better than that.

Very quick delivery

Lovely jacket, and it will be great for at the stables, but they use to be alot thicker than this. Much more cosy, but hopefully this one will stand up to the challenge in the winter.

Perfect! Needed a summer pair of trousers for dog training/walking. I’m a dog walker so need comfy trousers with plenty of pockets that are hard wearing. These are perfect and combat pockets are great. Love everything I get from Rydale and highly recommend 👍

The hat I bought arrived quickly and was of good quality. Slightly smaller than the size shown but returning it and getting the larger size was very easy and this one is a good fit.

Ordered 2 pairs of women’s deck shoes on 6th May still not received items. Courier service is provided by Evri formerly Hermes if I would have known this beforehand I would not have ordered since Friday 10th May I’ve had a message from Evri every morning at 09:46 to say there has been a delay with my parcel and it will arrive the next working day. Been trying to contact Rydale customer service all day today (Tuesday 14th May) but no one seems to be working. Absolutely shocking service and would never order from this company again. Avoid at all costs you have been warned.

I was very impressed with the quality of the clothing that I ordered. I paid for express postage and the order arrived the next day even though I ordered on a bank holiday. I also had a nice discount which was very helpful. I will definitely buy again.
