Wow! Super impressed with Rydale. With no sign of summer, my wellies gave up the ghost and I needed an urgent replacement for dog walks etc. after a bit of searching, found some good quality neoprene lined wellies from Rydale. Ordered them on Sunday morning. By Sunday afternoon they were despatched and arrived by Evri 24 hours later on Monday. Cannot ask for better than that! Wellies are super comfortable, really good fit and will hopefully withstand the relentlessly rubbish weather!

Very very impressed with service from Rydale. I needed help and reassurance re fast delivery. I emailed and got an answer within half an hour from Chloe and Jessica. With it being Easter weekend i ordered something yesterday but was expecting it mid week next week - it arrived today (Saturday) - wow. The walking trousers I ordered are very nice. Gape a bit at the back but i will just wear a belt.

I contacted them late yesterday afternoon via the website about a small problem with a coat I purchased a few years ago. This morning I received an email reply asking for a photo, to which I responded, and have just received a further email asking for my address, so they can send me a replacement popper. The whole, admittedly minor, issue resolved within 24 hours.

Full replacement of leaky Wellington boots without question or hassle (except for photographic proof of fault of course). Delighted with their actions on this. Well done Rydale and The Yorkshire Trading Company. Thank you

Had my Rydale Richmond Navy wax jacket delivered 2.3.24 ITS SUPERB !!! XL fit is great, quality even better …. Rydale DONT have retail stores- so you buy direct from them ( the manufacturer…) This keeps the costs down dramatically i paid £50 for this jacket, if they had retail outlets and ALL the costs of running shops - these jackets would probably have a RRP of £180/200 !!! ive also bought a Rydale Stamford ( classic wax jacket ) thats incredible too and every bit as good as the ‘so called ‘ PREMIUM brand ! 5 star RYDALE . Cannot attach photographs …. These jodhpurs have clearly been stored in the plastic bags, in a warehouse, for years! The trousers are marked by the hangers … which when you look at the degraded state of the Rydale hangers is obvious! My first and last order to Rydale for the cheap trick, not just the poor standard of clothing … Resolved with CS after I washed them & marks disappeared

Purchased a pair of Ladies Neoprene Lined Wellies - Lady Gransmoor II as a Christmas present for my Wife. Unfortunatly after two months wear they developed a small leak between the "shoe" and the sole which let water in. Contacted Rydale and after sending a photo of the problem they sent a replacement pair of boots! Great customer service and a happy wife! It doesn't get any better than that!

The shop has a huge range of of things, what ever I have gone in for, they have had. In particular the habby department. When I was in last week, the man on the till was so friendly and helpful. I walked out feeling a bit less frazzled than when I walked in. Thank you

Always been a Rydale fan but the appalling customer service i have recieved this time has really put me off. A website glitch meant that i was being returned to the basket everytime i tried to pay. Eventually managed to complete payment via Paypal but Rydale have taken the payment 4 times. This has left me £220.00 out of pocket. First Rydale said the payments hadnt processed and to contact my bank. Bank told me payments had processed and to ask for a refund. Then Rydale told me they had refunded the amounts but still showing on my account and they arent answering emails. They cant be so hard up for sales that they need to rob their customers of £220.00. Will never buy from them or recommend them again

Positive experience. Goods arrived quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately didn't fit but this should not detract from the lovely boots and fleece gillet. Bought larger size pleased.

I purchased a gilet which arrived quickly and was exactly as described. For reasons that were of no fault of Ryedales and had to return it. I was astonished how quickly my refund was received.

Bought 2 pairs of boots from Rydale, they arrived in horrendous condition. The boots had mould, were scuffed, badly damaged, missing teeth up the zippers, soul of the shoe was not attached, glue all over the shoe. Literally awful. Emailed customer service, was told I could have a refund, 5 weeks later have been refunded for one boot and not the other pair. ABSOLUTE SCAM. AVOID AT EVERY COST.

I purchased a Cawood waxed jacket in March 2023 and was pleased with what was supplied. Later in the year the zip failed (it happens) and I contacted Rydale who asked for more details. I sent a photo of the problem and was assured that the jacket would be replaced, which it was and promptly. I’m equally pleased with the replacement and commend Jess and Chloe for their help and co-operation. This is customer care of the highest level and my thanks to Rydale.

Ordered on 7th December express delivery so expected within a few days. 1 week later it seems delivery company has "lost" package. They refunded express fee paid. I've now sent daily emails asking for either a replacement pair of boots sent out express delivery at their cost or a refund. I see the good reviews and am wondering if I'm unlucky with this purchase but definitely won't be using again. Updated 21st December. The replacement package has arrived so updated review from 1 to 3 stars. 2 weeks is a long time to wait but Evri is that courier who lost original so possibly expected.
