Best boots I've ever bought...By far..

Amazing quality clothing! I've bought so much from them and the quality, fit and style of the clothes never disappoint! Their delivery and return prices are very reasonable and they deliver pretty quickly (depending on which delivery option you choose of course)

I purchased 2 x Huggate dog fleeces for my cockapoos (medium) which are lovely. I normally get them Equafleeces which are fab too but my pupsters don’t like wearing them. They didn’t seem to mind wearing their new fleeces, perhaps because their back legs are free so less restricted. Excellent quality fleeces at a reasonable price which fit them very well and so easy to put on and take off with the full length zip. Waiting for the lightweight ones (size medium) to come into stock for milder days! Also, we received an advent calendar (we ordered the fleeces on Black Friday so it may have been a BF offer?) which was totally unexpected and a lovely touch, thank you very much Rydale!

Ordered two dog fleeces and they were dispatched quickly. The dog advent calendar included in the parcel was a lovely little surprise too!

Bought two dog fleeces from here now and so pleased with them. The quality and fit is fabulous. It was easy to return the smaller size. They wash and dry in no time. Couldn't resist the Festive fleece which arrived today with an advent calendar which was a total surprise.quick delivery too. Highly recommend the dog fleeces I can feel a full dog wardrobe following!

Just got our dog a Tweed coat, excellent quality, nice, soft and warm for our fussy Min Schnauzer.

Ordered the Hannah II jacket which arrived super quickly, but when I tried it on, there was a problem with the stitching in the sleeve - which meant I could barely get my arm in! Customer service were really helpful - sent me a prepaid returns label and sent me a replacement jacket as quickly as the first one. The jacket is really well made, stylish and longer than other wax jackets I had looked at - ideal for rainy dog walks! I love it!

I love the fleece we got for our GSP Dexter, due to my mis-measurement though I got the wrong size initially and so ordered a different style/size and needed to the send the original back. For some reason it wouldn't work so I contacted customer services and they immediately sent me postage label so I could return and said it was free, due to the issue I had. Can't ask for more than that! Will be buying again!

Place which guarantees next day delivery then uses Evri - which never arrives on time. Do not use Rydale if you need something guaranteed in time for a deadline.

I was reordering two shirts with which I was very pleased. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size. (I am 85 and disabled) I spoke to a member of the staff who was friendly, efficient and helpful) It was put right immediately without any fuss. The shirts and shoes are good quality at a reasonable price. Thank you Jessica and colleagues.

Received a pink dog fleece today for my cocker spaniel. It's so nice. Quality is great, I'm really happy with it 😊, fits my dog perfect . It came packaged nicely and arrived quick. Thank you.

Still waiting for order after receiving incorrect delivery. I was told to get the incorrect order sent back before my actual order would be sent! 2 weeks down the line and still waiting. Please learn what customer service is, please learn that if you send incorrect deliveries it's not the customers fault. Get your online shop in order, print packing lists.

Update. Did get my dog fleece and an email saying there had been a glitch where my email didn't get stored on their system so they coul not send confirmation. Nearly all forgiven but they still don't answer the phone so less stars. Ordered a dog fleece for my new rescue on Monday 16 Oct 23 Paid with Google pay. No email confirmation or invoice received as yet. Rydale taken my payment on the 17 th. Customer service rubbish-they don't answer the phone! Have sent email to support but no response. Do they have the order? Will I get my order? Really very annoying.

Ordered a plain blue riding jacket for my daughter. Was sent jacket with gold writing/branding over it. Told customer service I was not going to pay to send it back (their returns are n ot free) as it was not my fault they had sent the wrong jacket. Waited 3 days for the new jacket to arrive....it was the wrong jacket. No customer support over the weekend, no one came back to emails. Too 3 hours to get through to customer services. Still have not received the correct jacket. Very poor service, no contact from the company. SHAMBLES. Told to wait 24 hours while they look into the problem. Just send me the right jacket and deal with your internal systems in your own time. Hopeless!!!!

Nice jacket with a flattering fit. I bought it to go over my nurses uniform and it’s knee length with a decent hood and pockets. Only thing I would change is adding a loop at the collar to hang the jacket up with.

Anna and Emily's efforts to help me when I phoned, the quality of the shirts and the very reasonable prices. So, I bought 7. Brilliant! Just Brilliant! I'll be back!
