I would highly recommend FWC on price aswell as service.

United Kingdom | 23 April 2020Do not use this supplier to buy your water tap... there are better companies that will give you a fair price without all the sales tactics. They have typical low end sales account managers, sending out quotes showing £0.00 Vat reeling you in with low costs to break the news at the end that you would have to add VAT. My initial request to quote for a Titanium Hotspot was ignored by one of the account managers Mark McDermott for weeks, so gave up the chase after emailing and calling into the office... he eventually came back with a quote and then followed up with a call 2 weeks later sounding somewhat desperate, with a 20% off discount the manufacturer was offering at this time, “for one week only”. I explained to him I had already purchased the HotSpot and what I had paid for it, but he assured me that all I would only have to pay was what he had quoted, and guaranteed me he could get a better price. He suggested to return the one I had bought and he would send out the product straight away as it was in stock. I am so glad I rang back after checking the small print on the quote that stated all prices were actually ex Vat, before returning the one I had purchased... the response was “yes there would be vat added” despite of his initial assurances. Reminding him of our previous conversation and his assurance on cost, I expressed my disappointment and at this stage he hung up! If you are a typical genuine consumer don’t get yourselves involved with this company.

Unfortunately, didn't go to plan compounded by the fact, the watercooler was faulty. Skipped Amazon (returned product) and contacted FWC directly who didn't hesitate in helping us with our dilemma. Within days, FWC sent over a new unit followed by an engineer to setup the plumbing, install & test machine with additional ongoing support. Many thanks to Yvonne, Mark, and Stewart.

We bought a Borg and Overstrom U1 in 2016 unfortunately something went wrong recently and it was making a strange noise so I contacted Mark at FWC and I sent a video of the noise. From that they were able to diagnose a fan going wrong and within a week it has been replaced and once again the machine is working well. Thank you FWC and Gary the service engineer. Nice work.

However, nothing was too much trouble for the installers, Stuart and his helper. Totally happy with the service and my Borg & Overstrom.

Ireland | 02 May 2019Order seems to have been lost in transit twice over the last Month. Called filtered-watercoolers.co.uk multiple times and each time I was told it would be with me in 2 days. Terrible customer support and unit has not yet been delivered. Almost a month waiting for a unit with little or no reply from filtered-watercoolers.co.uk EDIT: Machine finally arrived after good bit of back and forth with staff and they did make it all good. Would give them another chance as supplier next time.

United Kingdom | 20 August 2018Failed to service water cooler and change the filter for two years. When we tried to cancel the contract they edited the manufacturers specification sheet so that it said the filter life was 2 years and not 6 months.
