United Kingdom | 13 October 2015Ordered the solar fountain as a gift and have to say it looks much better than I thought it would and is really good quality looks lovely in the sunshine and the recipient loves it! Only downside was when I ordered it it gave me a date which was incorrect, I didn't receive email confirmation but did get my PayPal receipt. Had to ring 3 times to make sure it was coming , customer service handlers were good but one couldn't find my order which worried me a little! It arrived on the day the guys on the phone said. I'd order from these guys again but be mindful that you may not receive order confirmation.

United Kingdom | 07 October 2015I contacted Garden Essentials (GE) already disappointed by Primrose and Parasene. I had purchased the Parasene tumbling composter from Primrose (in stock) to be delivered 3-5 working days. I waited to then be told the manufacturers were out of stock and would not deliver til 20th Oct. I contacted GE and was told the composter was in stock. I paid again. Cancelled the Primrose order. 3 days later composter from GE arrived with a broken box. Next day(Saturday) I went to assemble the product and discovered 2 axils missing. On Monday I spoke to GE and told they would contact manufacturers. I explained what I was told about the production situation. 2 calls later GE eventually said they would cannibalise a composter in stock and send me the missing axils. The composter is now assembled and in use. Thank you. Interesting to note that Primrose is still advertising this composter in stock!
