Purchased Hozelock Auto Real at best price available. Delivered 3 days later as promised in well packaged secure box. Only issue is there is only the 'day' of delivery so needed to be around all day as not received until 17.30. Happy with purchase though.

The crop cage was delivered as expected. The numbers on the instructions were wrong, new instructions were explained well when I rang - very good customer service here. However not all the catches for the poles were in the right ends, and I resorted to using tape to fix them. The netting to cover the cage was badly cut, so it does not fit square on the frame. I have fixed the netting with string along the poles, and have bought another net to make sure gaps are covered.I guess one gets what one pays for, but I would not recommend it. It was too much hassle to send back! I'll see how long the frame lasts.

Picking error and I only received 1 pack of 2. Girls on phone were extremely helpful and sent missing pack out next day. These things happen in business but always testament to a company how they sort problems...FIRST CLASS WOULD RECOMMEND Bench now complete and looks great !!!

Very quick service- only thing I'd say is maybe e-mail confirmation to say it had been dispatched would be good. However, not grumbling because it came within the time limit stated when originally ordered hence 5* rating

Unfortunately the item I ordered was out of stock but I wasn't contacted until the day that it was due to be delivered. I was told a refund had been issued but this took 2 days to show in my account. As this item was a birthday present I had to source the item elsewhere and pay for it upfront to try and get it delivered in time.
